I ordered two Chelsea Upholstered beds in leather cream and was very pleased with the overall experience. There were a few imperfections on the beds due to delivery, but customer service was excellent in resolving the issue and providing replacement parts. They were very helpful, quick to respond, and made sure everything was sorted out smoothly. Despite the minor issue, I’m really happy with both the beds and the service I received.

Happy with the bed, easy to order, kept up to date with messages on delivery.
Delivery was smooth without any issues.

Great service called me to double check on bedsize. Well made did not need to build everything was almost already all in place. Well wrapped and delivery guys called & text beforehand very happy with service and bed. Only there’s no holes for headboard that I could see. 5 star & I would definitely buy from again 🙂

Really well made bed, fantastic price and delivery men were fantastic.

The service was good and the bed was delivered nicely they left it in the house.

We have had the bed for a week now and it has been a wonderful week’s sleep! The divan base is sturdy and well thought out, and the mattress is summer on one side and for winter on the other.
The drivers had problems taking the mattress upstairs due to the size of the mattress, but they succeeded in the end. The reason why they are getting 4 stars, is down to the communication, there was no communication whatsoever. My mobile number and email was provided and not used, I sent emails that were not replied to, this is the only downside, because the bed is lovely.

Text me a few days before letting me know what time the bed would arrive then Amar text me 1 hour before delivery helped my partner bring everything in and very polite! Bed was really easy to put together and extremely comfortable! Would definitely buy from this company again

Very good delivery, placed were i told them and great service from amar.

Our bed and headboard were delivered late into the day by Amin and Amar and they were both incredibly nice and friendly even after a long drive later into the evening. Even took shoes off to walk into the house which I thought was very respectful. The beds are delivered and taken to where I had asked with smiles and care.
They rang me 10 minutes before delivery and I assisted them into my drive away.

I was informed of my upcoming delivery 2 days in advance then next day and then on the morning that they are 40 minutes away , which allowed me to prepare for it. The guys were considerate and helpful. They were respectful of property and professional during the delivery process. Mattress feels good so far.

Great quality and delivery (Ibii and helper). Went out of their way to be helpful, assembled the bed and took all packaging and the old mattress away, leaving the room spotless. Would buy again as the quality is so good.

This company delivered the Kingsize bed frame as seen online & quickly.

The communication from purchase through to delivery and installation was efficient, professional and knowledgeable.

The bed frame is sturdy and overall good quality.
