Lovely bed delivered but I had to chase the delivery up.And be careful when you pay for the extras, as I thought I paid for the dismantling of my old bed and mattress and then recycled, and them putting up the new bed. The cost for this was £79.00. But what I actually got was them taking away the old bed and leaving me with the new bed in bits in the bedroom as the delivery guys said that's what I paid.... It definitely was not what I paid for as I'm on my own so things like assembling stuff is important to me
I would not use this company again due to this but not a bad bed when I finally got help to put up

I did not have a very good experience with the order and quality of the bed as show in the website. The beds are made in the UK yes but the workmanship was a bit substandard. The Hinges of the Ottoman storage under the bed seized and broke through the board on Day1. It took over 2 weeks to get a replacement. When it came the Cover for the second double bed piece did not even match the first one.

Best part of the bed was the Large headboard but the customer service is very poor, they over committed and under delivered. Could not get me a refund and insisted to fix the issue.

Ordered single divan set for a relative on a fixed income. Excellent price compared to major retailers where prices are a least double for the product needed.
Had to wait a while for delivery but that was to be expected due to the Christmas holidays. They even upgraded the mattress free of charge which was nice.

The two delivery guys were brilliant!

Base on the positive reviews, I’ve decided to make a purchase. However, I had a query about delivery and I’ve emailed them twice in a space of a week. One straight after purchase and one 6 days in between.

Non existent communication doesn’t give me much confidence. If I don’t hear from them by the end of mid week, next week (last day I’m meant to receive my order) I will be contacting the bank for a charge back.

Ordered a divan bed base, arrived with no issues. Initially had a few questions about the base height which were answered quickly by the company via text. They were responsive and helpful and the delivery service was spot on, with a slot booked in advance and a call 30mins before arrival. End to end no issues at all. It was easy choosing the bed we wanted despite there being so many options. We were given a delivery period of 7 to 10 days. We were contacted by the delivery company after 8 days and given a delivery date and time and kept abreast throughout the delivery day. A great process.
The bed was easy to put together and seem to be of good quality. All together a great experience. Would recommend

Very good company to deal with. No problems at all. Prompt delivery. I paid extra to have the bed unpacked, put together and packaging taken away.

Excellent bed , sturdy and well made and mattress is really comfortable

Delivery took a while to arrange initially then less than 24 hour notice of delivery which we couldn't do, next delivery date a week later was then cancelled last minute by them, finally received a day later. Mattress slides off every we time we open the bed, board the base top is made of is flimsy, hinges too springy bed just about stays closed with Mattress on it.

Despite the issues I had in completing the purchase of my property DFO have been patient, pragmatic and highly professional. I would not hesitate to either recommend them or use them again. Great team and even greater value for money.

Goods and services ordered but not delivered. Despite multiple emails and a constantly engaged phone a delivery date has not even been suggested. A full refund has been requested but so far there has been response.

Ordered a bed with integrated headboard plus a separate headboard for a bed we already had. They phoned to check the order thinking we may have ordered the separate headboard without realising the bed had one. That was good that they checked.
Then they delivered without the integrated headboard. Quite difficult to get through to them but eventually sent the headboard but it was not the one we ordered.
It turns out the website picture didn’t match the written details of the order so the second headboard was correct for the order but not what we expected.
They very kindly offered to upgrade free of charge and the headboard we had been expecting finally arrived.
The price and quality of the products are great but they need to improve on their communication. The phone rings out with no answer and text and emails are not always answered or answered after a long delay leaving you feeling very frustrated.
The mark of good customer service is how you handle problems. They eventually resolved everything to my complete satisfaction but it was painful getting there.

On time delivery,called twice to update on eta,nice polite guys who brought beds to home plus beds are really good quality,good lift rams,totally happy.

The bed was delivered on time no offer to take it upstairs being disabled it was a struggle to get it up the stairs it was well wrapped .externally it was fine.The corner of the drawer inside is damaged I let them know and they asked for photos I sent photos twice and had no reply .lesson learnt don't buy off the internet if you can buy local, do so at least you can pack it up and take it back if there's a problem.
