I was dubious about buying on line from a company who don’t have one of the ‘big brand’ names… but I have to say I’m glad I did. The bed was not expensive and for the price is actually well made and solid enough. The mattresses are great. The two chaps who delivered and set the bed up were punctual, polite, professional, respectful and very capable. All in all a great service . Highly recommend

Very nice company, understanding and helpful and extremely accommodating. I will happily buy again from them and have recommended them to friends and relatives. Good prices and large selection of beds and extremely speedy delivery. The delivery guys are brilliant and tried really hard when the bed was too big for the stairs. They made the divan into 4 sections and so far so good. Thank you so much.

Ordered a sprung top bed base which was delivered in the time scale. Delivery guys polite and kept us informed when they would arrive.

Extremely good service , the delivery team were very helpful and professional, good communication from point of order to delivery. Due to extension building works at home it was very difficult to leave the bed downstairs so the delivery team very kindly delivered to the bedroom they went above and beyond and I am very grateful thank you again

Khizar Muteen was very efficient, energetic and effective when completing my delivery - he and his driving buddy got diverted due to poor google maps but after phoning me up he quickly figured out where he needed to go and helped me bring the bed indoors

I have ordered ottoman bed set but I ordered too much by mistake then I called divan factory outlet and spoke to service support center and they confirmed my order and refund my remaining amount back and then I paid for only one ottoman bed. This is really a very good company and their 3000 pocket spring mattress is very comfortable and their delivery team is very supportive and professional at the same time. I am very thankful to this company and their team also for helping me.

Excellent company and Excellent products. Got a double bed and mattress last week. Very happy with the products specially the mattress and the colour of the bed. Very helpful delivery team. They took my bed to the four floor free of charge.

1. Asked for a two men delivery, only one showed up on Saturday 7am saying his colleague pulled a “sicky” on him. He was going to drag the massively heavy divan ottoman bed up to the second floor up the stairs on his own. I felt sorry for him and helped him out. Company gave me £20 discount. No apologies. LOL // 2. No assembly instructions, not very well put together at all. Spaces and imperfections all over.
Not worth any discount they offer. Better off buying from eBay dealer for way less.

I was very pleased with the whole experience from this company. Good value bed base, quick delivery and great communications

The bed I ordered is very comfy and much better than I expected however I encountered a few issues in regards to delivery.
I was given a time slot which was rearranged, I was given a second delivery day/time which again was cancelled, it was cancelled at 23.15pm the night before the proposed delivery with no further delivery date provided. I contacted the company directly first thing in the morning and they were accommodating with providing a third delivery day/time this time it did arrive.
Upon unpacking the item it had signs of wear and tear with a small mark in the fabric on the base of the bed. I had contact with Amaan within the customer service team who was able to help resolve the issue very quickly. I was offered the option of having the damaged part resent out or compensated for the issue. I choose to be compensated due to the previous inconveniences with delivery.
Apart from the issues with the delivery which can't always be helped the whole process was good and the customer service from Amaan was really good.

Great experience on buying my guest bed which is do comfortable with the Worcester mattresses, I was kept informed about delivery. The delivery men were very helpful and delivered the bed to the room it was needed in, I would not hesitate to recommend divan factory outlet to family and friends. It's a big 5 stars from me.

Streamlined process from start to finish. I needed a right sided guest bed and there were several. Choice of mattresses all good. I was kept updated on delivery and given a timeslot which was kept to. Delivery quick and efficient. Bed is sturdy, mattress very comfortable and having a spare bed for the odd occasion is just what I needed. All in all very happy and the price was reasonable. Didn't have any extras, didn't need disposal or bed to be placed in situ.
