Lovely ottoman storage bed and dream vendor emperor mattress is amazing. Tried few mattresses before with memory foam but this one is truly life saver. Delivered within time and good communication. Ordered second guest bed for our guest room and wife is very happy with bed and the both mattresses. Highly recommended and happy customer

You as a company can ensure that you ship out the the correct items to their clients on the first delivery and not after 3 attempts and still get it wrong.and have to keep phoning up and explaining yourself and demanding to speak with senior manager to get results

The purchase and delivery notification was very staright foward.

The problem i had was with the delivery, when they claimed that they had no idea they were dismantling the old bed and assembling the new bed, even though i paid for it. All of a suddden he looked at the paper work and said " O yes , your right i see you have paid for this service" he then asked me if i tools as they didnt have any!!!! Extremely unprofessional. Either they didnt look at the job sheets before the plan the drops or they were just chancing to get out of the extra work. He then went on to say that sometimes if the client is unhappy with them he sometimes chosses not to help them but as i was nice he will take it away. I PAID EXTRA FOR THE SERVICE..... LOL

this is a very good bed looks lovely in the room and matress is very comfortable.it is also great that this company frovides two men to dismantle old bed and set up new bed when they deliver .

Easy ordering and delivery. I ordered the 26cm ottoman bed and shortest bed frame. The bed structure is good (although without the weight of the mattress the top stays up once you set up the pistons) and assembling it was very simple but the bed frame is flimsy. This was twice as pricey as our other bed from Dusk where we had to do more for its assembly and that one is way sturdier and the pistons work more smoothly. I wanted a deeper storage for the 2nd bed to fit some taller items and researched a lot and everything was more expensive - so technically it’s a good buy but if you don’t need deep storage it’s not worth it.

Reason for only 3 stars is that when the delivery drivers turned up they had no idea I paid for the old bed to be dismantled and taken away, they didn't even have tools! The drivers were nice guys but the process wasn't very professional.

Communications with the delivery service and Divan Factory Outlet itself was very prompt and responsive. As a property manager managing private rented properties I have purchased 3 beds with Divan Factory Outlet so far and I have no complaint so far. The service has been very good so far.
