Didn't recieve my product

I ordered a beanie in mid-January and still haven’t received it. Communication from customer service has been very poor, and I haven’t received clear updates about my order.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. If I do not receive either the product or a refund very soon, I will have to consider taking further action.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

The delivery took 2 months and 7 days. The customer service kept giving out empty promises, and when it finally arrived, the quality was less than expected.

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the delivery delay.

A delay of two months and seven days is absolutely untypical for us. Even during the Black Friday period, our usual delivery time is around three to a maximum of four weeks. In your case, it appears that there was an issue on DHL’s side, and the parcel was likely temporarily lost in transit.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you are of course welcome to return the order to us. We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience caused.

it’s a scam!!!

it’s a scam!!!! ordered a beanie and got the shipping link but it’s says that DHL is still waiting for the package and it’s been a month!!!! haven’t responded to my mails or whatsapp messages!!

update:
the order came after more than a month - the beanie is nice but the quality isn’t worth the price at all!

I have receved an email that my order was on its way. After that i have heared nothing, no package, no mails. It has been a few moths now. Do not buy here!!!

Proven themselves from the past reviews

Ordered a cap from Divention during black week and it got shipped out pretty much the next work day, even during a busy season. The package arrived fast as well. Cap looks and feels great, definitely didn’t disappoint! I did read some of the reviews from the past which raised some suspicion for me, but they might’ve learned from their past mistakes as none of the issues others have written about occured to me, so they’re definitely clear in my books 👍 Would order again

I ordered from them on the 10th of June. They created the tracking number but never sent it. I emailed 5 times, texted their support number and was promised they would re ship but never did, then ghosted me. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT TRUST AT ALL. I have never received a refund or my order.

SCAMMERS BE SCAMMIN

Ordered 2 beanies the 25/2/2025 and received order confirmation relatively quick.
Weeks and months pass, and nothing happens.
Since I've tried to contact the shop on IG, mail and though website. NO answers or communication have come from them - even though they constantly post on their IG to lure more customers in.
Would avoid at any cost, they have nothing to sell.

I bought tank tops (both black and white) and CREATIVE SPACE cap. Although I waited for around 3 weeks I have to say that the customer service is great (they replied the same day) and the wait was worth it. Definitely gonna shop here again.

I've been scammed

Back in February I ordered a beanie and got an email saying it was on its way. Since then I haven’t heard anything. When I checked the DHL-number, I saw that it had been sent back. They didn't contact me, so I wrote them an email... no answer. I tried calling... no answer.

There is no two ways about it: I've been scammed.

No parcel received and no communication

I received an email saying my address was incomplete because it didn’t have a house number. This is the case because it has a house name instead. I received a scam text saying the same thing from an unregistered EVRI driver who sent a link that registered as unsafe. There has been no correspondence since the original email a week ago despite my multiple attempts to follow up. The item was ordered 2 weeks prior and I paid for 1-4 working day shipping.

Long wait times

Waited a long time (1 month) and they told me the jeans i wanted were out of stock and i could order any other product from their store. The order arrived in 1 week and they sent stickers and their necklace along with it. The items are high quality so if you don’t mind waiting or don’t run into something out of your control i would recommend

Straight up scam

Says on the website it says 5-7 shipping days to europe. I have now waited for almost a month and there is no update in the shipping, and their customer service doesn’t answer, just leave you on read.

Worst shop ever

I ordered at Divention on the 2nd of December, after the products finally came nearly a month later without any explanation, the quality was horrible so I decided to refund my purchase. I haven’t received any refund up until today.
I can only advise to avoid the shop!

Never experienced something like this before

Bad way of communicating. After trying several ways to get in touch, they finally only responded on whatsapp. I had been waiting for my order for a while, but did not receive any information about when it would arrive. Nowhere on the website does it say that it may take longer due to busy times. Ordered in November, and at this moment still have not received anything. Due to the delay, I have also not received any compensation or anything like that. Do not order here if you want to lose your money.

No product or refund in well over a month.

No product or refund in a month.

Customer Service non-existent, managed to finally get a response on instagram messages after commenting on their instagram post.

First, they said they had shipped, then confirmed they had not after I had asked for further details.

Now they have said they will only ship part of my order and deleted my comment on their instagram (which was getting likes & questions from people with similar experiences).

They've now provided 'tracking', which un-suprisingly does not work and a total random number.

Scam Company. Avoid.

Avoid!

I placed an order on November 18, 2024 and have received NOTHING to date. The order status hasn’t changed, their website says my order number is invalid, and the package was sent without tracking.

Customer service is nonexistent—no replies to emails or messages. This company is completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs!
