Product hasn’t been handed to courier 20 days later
Similar to the other person who also ordered a beanie. I ordered a beanie on the 15th of November, shipping stated 5-7 days, which allowed enough time for delays, as I bought it as a birthday gift for the 1st of December. It has now been 20 days since I ordered and it seems as if the package has still not been handed over to DHL yet, the only way to get in contact with them is through Instagram DM where replies are scarce. I understand it’s near Black Friday but I ordered quite far in advance to prepare for this, I have requested a refund but have only been offered a free pair of socks, which afaik was meant to be included anyways.

Ordered a beanie 16 days ago and I haven't heard a thing since. They are non contactable. They don't respond on their website and not on email. Don't buy from here. You will never get your product

Never received a refund
Ordered a product and sent it back because of the sizing. Been waiting for a refund for over a month, the team hasn't responded to any of my emails, DM's or calls. Unserious business. Don't buy if you don't want your money to get stolen.
