Poor start but good finish
Time Wasters
I have tried three times to open an account with these people. Every time the call centre are positive, but then nothing. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but three strikes and you're out as they say. This last time I even warned them I would leave a poor review and they still did not respond.
They are completely unprofessional and incompetent.
Avoid like the plague.
UPDATE: Having seen this review Divido contacted me and they pulled out all the stops to rectify the problem. In particular Kimberly Ryan was a godsend and I now have an account set up for my business. It is a shame the original problems occurred and nobody is really able to say why. Anyway perseverance and Trustpilot can make a difference.
PS I did offer to delete the original post but Divido asked me to leave it up and post the positive response as an update, which I was happy to do.

After spending hours contemplating where and who, I finally found what was already under my nose. Great service, fast and friendly. I got a Simba mattress and by far these guys provide the best, stressless and free finance deal on it (drop the mic)!
