Terrible support and customer service. Misleading claims on tiers of service.

If filing for an uncontested divorce, the process was generally easy to understand. Some of the user experience steps are missing, and I had to reach out to support agents a couple of times to request help because of system issues. The process was fairly straightforward, but they missed some required forms for the state of Pennsylvania, and were unhelpful in resolving the issue because they considered my case already closed. I was able to figure out the missing legal requirements myself, but I would not expect it to be easy for anyone to navigate on their own.

The case managers were quick to respond with good information an helpful solutions. The entire experience made getting this done much less difficult than I expected it to be. Thank you!

Couldn't book an appointment for mediation until after the return window.
Can't return after learning I'm now needing an attorney for a contested divorce.
They cannot suggest what to put in the agreement. You have to pay extra for an attorney and legal advice.
The case managers do not work with you. The case manager cannot work with the mediator.
Overall terrible experience and they do not seem willing to help.
Do not use this service, get yourself an attorney.

Forms are incorrect with no way to easily edit individual boxes. This service is absolutely not worth the money

I only gave them a one star because they did all the paperwork right until my spouse didn't sighn the divorce summons. I spent a little over a thousand dollars & they gave me no advice how to finalize my divorce in the event that it wasn't signed. If I would have known that I would have rather payed extra for a lawyer knowing that it would have been done from start to finish.

Bunch of scammers. They will not refund the money of an 80 year old man going through a divorce of 48 years. He was confused and signed up on this loser site. We got a lawyer and my dad got confused and got roped into this scam site. He signed up for $999. Never did anything after that. His lawyers saw the charges going through his financials and questioned it immediately. Contacted site...nope no refund sorry. Have a nice day. Thanks for the free 1k as we did absolutely nothing for you. I am not done obviously. Merry Christmas to my dad struggling to pay his assisted living bill, as a 30 year military VET, because of companies like this that pray on old people! Do not do business with them.
Charles Schewe! Look ot up!

Customer service is practically non-existent. If you want to get a response, they will pass it along to a caseworker and may get back to you in 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS.
If you use their service to file there are months added to the process because it takes them at least a week to process any step (they receive your forms and have 7-10 business days--2 full weeks---before they do anything). Then they took a week to between generating a label and getting the papers to the post office. The divorce was delayed months by this process.
Do NOT waste your money or pay for the added stress of using Divorce.com

Currently not satisfied with. The process so far seems easy however, the clarity in them are lacking. Information was missing from my final divorce decree when it was clearly acknowledged on other forms. They way they have the wording is confusing. I understand the people we communicate are not the lawyers but the customer service agents and they have been great but also have their hands tied by the rules. As of write now, I can not work and recommend this company. The divorce process is stressful enough and this has compounded and made delays in other aspects needed. I will update my review depending on how they handle my request of getting my issues resolved. Current date- 12-2-25

Getting a divorce is already daunting and overwhelming. Divorce.com made it easy to understand and navigate the process. Being able to connect with a human person for help was the most valuable part for me. I emailed questions that I felt embarrassed not knowing and they were always answered, making me feel supported.

Helped successfully navigate a difficult life event. The portal was easy to use and having a case manager to work through the process helped save time and energy.
