Easy, quick, very attentive, prompt responses, knew what you were doing. There were no problems throughout the whole process. Highly recommend! We were always informed and the process was explained every step of the way.

Very quick response and helped me close out with little hassle.

Divvy was polite, professional, courteous, and amazingly fast. We started this process in early August and we’re in our new home by 1 October. Everything is clear and easy to understand. Everything that was expected of me was made very clear I would and have recommended Divvy to friends already.

Open communication and plenty of informative emails to keep me updated on the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Every interaction I've had has been good. We recently had a maintenance issue due to outside forces (city sewage) and while it's been a nightmare for my family, Divvy has been extremely responsive, almost too responsive, if there can be such a thing. Being so attentive during a bad situation is certainly appreciated.

We explained that the window was cracked before we moved in, made the nessary report, have spoken several times with divvy to have it repaired. However not so much as a call explaining what is happening

The realtor assigned to me was awesome. Communication between us was the key. She really made the process easy and was a book full of information. Not one question I asked went unanswered. When I signed on to my portal the fast communication continued. Very helpful with any questions I had or worries.

Real estate agents terrible no help I found my own house.
Agent did not want to do work to preview the homes. Stated to far for travel. Was given another agent unhelpful was stranded due to payment issue. The agent should have refunded some of closing because all she did was do a walk through I found house and made a bid she tried to get me to bid over 200k which would have been more for her pockets. She quit l at closing when she was very disrespectful to me and very unhelpful.
The company switched names made me co owner and my co signer owner it’s called the switch and bait to late to bale out. Very dishonest move . I not happy with the services. The maintenance the fence was falling they told me as is the owners paid some money for repairs divvy only did two the water heater and garage disposal and also the fire alarm replacements. The circuit breaker was actually corrected. Other things was noted in contract and was not completed as of this date.
Very disappointed from the beginning to the end
I dislike how Divvy says the house will be ready and safe to move in. But alot of thing need to be repaired, and we have been living here since November 18, 2022. The upscale about Divvy is that they gave helped us to get this house.

From the moment we received our approval my life as never been the same. My family and I were homeless living in a hotel for over a year. So, getting approved for me was crucial. Divvy literally saved my life and changed my circumstances. Now my family and I have a home a real home. Now during the holiday season we hang a wreath on our door and decorate our home! I can't tell you how much that means to us. That wouldn't have been possible without Divvy. I was just blown away at just how quickly the whole process was. From start to closing on our home it only took less than 30 days! Wow! I am so grateful to Divvy. Thank you!🥰

Buying experience was okay it’s the follow up that we are not happy with. Took out extra money to cover needed repairs and raised out monthly payment, but nothing has been done. The tech they sent out the first time didn’t do anything as a matter of fact I had to get someone else to come and prove it was an error made by the tech and paid the out of pocket expense to have that tech prove that it was an error on here part before they would send someone else out to fix what the other tech messed up. Now they won’t send anyone to fix anything especially the foundation which needs to be repaired asap and when we call they simply say to water the foundation to help the house settle. So we took out the extra money added it to our total cost of the home and we can’t even use it to do what we got it out to do and that was to fix the house.

None of the repairs that were supposed to be fixed before move in were done. None of the cleaning was done. We had to clean it all. Appliances were crap, we purchased new ones ourselves...the list goes on

Everything has been great, Divvy is willing to work with tenants if emergencies may come up.

Will have you waste your time getting “approved” only to handicap and lowball any potential offer. The “acquisitions team” is a bunch of unqualified unseasoned bafoons. They are opportunists who have a different ceiling on any potential house that is not disclosed to potential renters or agents working with the client. They are only here to sabatoge and price gauge. This whole operation is a scam.

I have tried to work with you guys my co-buyer passed away and you are trying to keep our down payment for 45 days after move out date which I need to move I am disabled and do not have the funds to move out. I cannot qualify with just my income so you said you are terminating the lease since the co-buyer is no longer living. I have been asking for just the down payment to move and you can take the current rent due, past utilities if any and damages if any out of the home savings we accumulated for the year living here. The $7300 down payment was given to you upfront to hold when we moved in it should not take 45 days for you to return it. I understand the 45 days for the balance return out of the home savings fund. I cannot move or give you a date because I do not have the money to move but will if you give me back the down payment which you have included in the equity of the home which is technically not equity the equity is the home savings accrued down payment is the down payment I’m just trying to resolve things
