Shipping takes 10 days so be prepared to wait that long. Other than that, you won't find a better deal for a solid leather wallet.

Do not buy anything from this website. It's a fraud and the leather is not genuine leather as they advertise. I saw advertise on Facebook for closeout sale during the December 2018 and was linked to Dixon-Leather.com website with additional signup discount of 15% off. Their website said their products are made from the high-quality leather base from Tennessee. I purchased a shoe, two wallets, and a belt; was thinking I will receive around Xmas time but has been over a month and just only received a pair of shoes today and stating other products are on its way.

The shoe was wrapped in a bubble wrap without a box or normal shipping protection as expect when buying a product online. I normally wear a size 9.5 but the shoe sent to me does not fit. It's like I'm trying to put on a size 7 shoe. It's very very very cheaply made and it's not genuine leather. With further investigation, this is a fraud and fault advertising website from China. Their Tennesse address is not even a real address.

My package didn't arrive by Christmas and they were kind enough to offer a full refund and allow me to keep my item. It's a really awesome jacket and it's a perfect excuse to keep it for myself.

They lied about being based in Tennessee they're actually in China. The gloves I ordered come almost 2 months. Upon receiving them the package they came in is covered in moisture. Smelly, ugly gloves. Super upsetting as these where supposed to be a nice gift and I have very little money.

I had a problem tracking my order, but their customer support team was very responsive and got me that information right away. Awesome leather wallet even though shipping was slower than Amazon.

Great quality leather jacket. Shipping took a longer time than expected and had to wait for 12 days, but it's a steal for the price. Will be buying again.

Say that they are based in Tennessee, but really in China. Scam. A little honesty would have gone a long way. If they can't be honest about where they are located, well then they don't deserve my business.

Horrible! It is in China, not America like they claim. It took a month to get our order, then it was the wrong size. Trying to get ahold of someone to return it and no one will contact us back. It is not leather, it is plastic! Horrible quality! Do not order from this company!

A complete scam. Ordered and paid for product early December, it has yet to arrive and their internal tracking says still in China!

Let me start off by saying that in two decades of frequently doing online shopping, this is the first and only time I've ever left negative feedback of any sort. This company is the epitome of fraud and bad business. I placed an order a month and a half ago and I got notification just today that it's just shipping today. In fact it's coming from China so now I can rest assured I'm getting som cheap quality goods jacked up in price by this sleezy company. I tried to contact Dixon Leather when the items I ordered should have been shipped, and also when I should have recieved them, and both times I was told the items were shipping very soon which they did not ship for another month. I eventually decided to cancel my order but this company decided to deny my cancellation request, although they didn't ship for an entire month later. I had to open a dispute with my bank over the transaction and no doubt the items shipped a week later purely because of this. I'm sure had I not started a claim with my bank, they would have outright stole my money. This is a Chinese based company that is not based in Tennessee like their website claims, and that will not meet any of their estimated shipping and handling times. If you want to take a chance in losing your money by purchasing from a company that has been dishonest in every way conceivable, then by all means be my guest. They did not substantiate even one of their claims and I will be sure to avoid them like the plague. Hopefully they get shut down for performing this type of business, providing purely false information and fake support all at the customers expense.

Ordered two duffel badges the beginning of December and have not received them yet. Customer service is a joke. All they do is send you some canned response. The way they are written it seems like English is not their first language which always makes me nervous. Would never buy from them again. One word AMAZON! I plan on disputing the charge with my credit card company if I don’t receive them before January 1st which I think is pretty generous.

Got the jacket I ordered in Mid November about six days ago. The ad of their sale said USA SIZES. I ordered an XL so I could wear a sweater or sweatshirt under it when it was really cold. It's so small I couldn't get my arms through the sleeves of an XL when everything else I own is USA LARGE. The leather is very poor quality. I sent them a message five days ago...no response. Three days ago I got an email from them my jacket had arrived. I send another message to them, NO RESPONSE. The jacket came from CHINA...no wonder it's crap quality....return address doesn't even include a city in China...so guess I'm pretty much outta luck. A dire mess of a company. They sell cheap AliExpress nonsense that, contrary to their slogan, is not leather and is complete bulls***. They have no heritage, no right to charge even discounted prices and their PU leatherette falls far below the standards of fake leather on the high street or the web.

Their customer service is appalling. They'll give lip service on social media, give the same lip service via email and private message and then go quiet for days of weeks, be extremely vague about where to return goods and then brush off paying customers with vague directions and a complete disinterest in helping anybody. Once they have your money, they don't give a crap. They had me send a jacket back to the wrong STATE.

They're part of a ring of dodgy websites which are permanently in a state of "closing down sale," when in reality, I imagine they sell whatever rubbish is lying around in a warehouse. Their stuff is made in China. Again, no heritage in any of their goods and they're notorious on sites like reddit too.
