Their nothing but a scam i made one order that went good but days later they added 39.99 to my bank account was told I would get a refund but then they said the charge was for a membership bull shit I would never pay 39.99 a month for a membership there I will get my bank involved everyone needs to stay away from this place

This is a scam! I ordered a black suit 2 months ago and have never received it! I really should have read reviews before!! I have called and emailed with NO RESPONSE!! Do not purchase from here

THIS IS A SCAM! It's too late for me as I've already parted with my money, curently raising a dispute through my bank, however, they advertise shirts that they do not post and give out fake tracking information with no customer service. If one good thing comes of this review is that someone reads it and avoids ending up like me.

This is one of the worst e-commerce experiences of my life.

I have been following up via email for weeks with no answers.

We ordered a coat and a pair of shoes. Payed something like 1.100 USD. The shoes never arrived, the coat looked significant different to the picture on the homepage. Since 5 weeks I try to get into contact with the company. No answers, no solutions, nothing.

I wish I had of read these reviews I ordered nearly $700 dollars' worth of clothes and still waiting - no answers to any emails at all and that's Australian dollars so about $900-00 and no clothes and no answers to emails - I can officially now say I have been scammed !

I ordered a dress that was mid-represented. The dress in the photo was mid thigh length. The actual dress is so short my butt showed. They refused my request to return it because the return policy they don’t tell you about when you order says you must start the return process within 5 days. Totally unreasonable! After I contacted them about the unreasonable return window they changed the story to refusing my return because it was a final sale item. There was no mention of final sale on their site, in my order confirmation, in my shipping confirmation or in my delivery confirmation. This is a completely dishonest company!

Poor business policy on return which they have not returned to me yet since July 2024

I purchased what looked like a beautiful plump fluffy down jacket super cute had to wait weeks upon weeks to open this package which smellled so foul I didn’t want to put it on my body. Plus the down jacket was actually flat and deflated not a real down jacket super thin and the fur collar was cheap held on w cheap buttons that are so I sturdy almost about to fall off. And they gave the nerve to charge almost $700 for this coat. I do not recommend this company. Oh and they want to charge me $77 in restocking fees and when I go to return to my original payment they do not allow me the option

Terrible customer service. Needed an urgent change to a shipping address… followed up three times and never got a response.

Lo and behold it’s now too late to make a change. Unsympathetic customer support.

Cute items but made in China at a factory where the sizing is way off. Granted, they do have a sizing chart on their website, but when you order a size M, it is not within the US standards of a size M. Please do your research before ordering!! Really glad I visited their store in NYC so I could try on clothing in-store before buying anything. If I bought anything online, I would be regretting it. I'm a size M/L and I'm 2XL according to their sizing chart!!

Well, I was scammed too. I can relate to all of these reviews. I learned my lesson the hard way too, $700 worth. They sent me the wrong size and won't exchange it. 100% their error, and after 12 emailes back & forth, I have to accept that I have been scammed. Even know I got clothes, I can't wear it, so I still feel like this company is a scam. They barely answer the emails with a quick "no returns." How do they justify sending the wrong size a return? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company. Don't use!!! Don't get scammed.

Crave is a fraud! Please DO NOT ORDER anything from this company. They take your money and send you miniature item made in China. The items are 5 times too small! A large is a size 2. My seamstress measured the items, she told me this was unbelievable. She’s petite (size 3) she couldn’t fit. The items were snug around her waist line. These aren’t cheap items. Never order from this company.

My fur jacket won’t stop shedding it’s so bad I tried cleaning it after I spent 643 excluding taxes then I googled how to stop shedding on fur coats it gave me different companies known as furrier and I never even heard of it hopefully it helps . Because it’s like I’m walking around with animal planet on my body . Omg don’t let me wear a black shirt forget about it ..

Do not buy from this business. For the price the dress was terrible quality.i wanted to return the dress as the belt was missing half the diamontes!! I missed the 7 days return timeline. They won’t give me a refund or send me a new belt so the outfit is useless. I wish I read these reviews before I purchased from this company. Very disappointing.

Horrible company. Do not buy nothing from Zcrave. They charge your credit card and they never send out the merchandise. They also refuse to give you a refund for an item they never ship out. I ordered a $700 winter coat in January and now it’s July . I never received it nor did I get my refund. Called and emailed several times and nothing. Horrible company. Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a super cute shirt $130. I ordered an Xlarge, when I received the shirt I couldn’t put my arm in it!!! I went to return it and noticed I could only get around 60% back. They charge several additional fees. I gave the shirt to my adult niece who wears a XSmall. VERY disappointed!!!

I ordered the “Satya Dress” in white , however, it only came with 1 flower and the white was off, looked nothing like the pictures online. I will never order from them again. Huge scam! Please be aware

Do not buy from this place.

The quality of their clothes does not reflect the high price.
It wasn't easy to return an item and get a refund, my return was received on May 7, and up to May 16 I did not have any refund in my account, I sent them an email, and they told me 1-3 days I called them again the same response no refund on my account yet.
In addition to this if you want a full refund you have to get store credit otherwise they will charge a fee.
