Not very reliable

I ordered a bench about six weeks ago. It arrived after 3 weeks ago but was damaged. A week later I received a message saying a delivery was on the way. Turned out to be a guy collecting the damaged bench. I then received a message yesterday saying the bench will arrive today. I just opened the tracking to see if it's close and it now says it will arrive on Wednesday.
Will definitely never order anything from B&Q again unless I don't actually need it to arrive by a certain time.

Worst service ever can't get our refund after months

We bought a kitchen at the end of last year - 2025. We waited so long for deliveries that never showed up and lost our fitter. We had items to return to B&Q in the region of £2000 and 2 months later still have no refund. We are so sick and tired of trying to get our refund to no avail. Always somebody will call us back, this has been escalated but then nothing is resolved. Totally at the end with this company - maybe that's what they want, for us to give up trying to get our money back. Well, we won't. I think if I don't have it soon I will stand outside B&Q in Galway with a placard. this is the worst service I have ever known. Thanks for listening.

Click and collect

Ordered a rug via click and collect. Received several calls to confirm.when I was picking it up despite having 7 days to collect. Received an email that it had been collected, which I had not, upon following up, it was confirmed that it had been given to someone else. Had to return to the store twice go collect it as it could not be given to me while it was established who the rug had been given to. After 3 days, I was told the rug was the available for collection. Staff were helpful getting the issue resolved but I wouldn't use click and collect again given the number of follow up calls, etc to get it resolved.

Absolutely disgusted

I start by saying if I could give 0 I would. Ordered cupboard door handles around a month ago. Had 19 different delivery dates & still no delivery has arrived at my door. Customer service stinks..!!!! Avoid..!!!

Order placed and paid for

Order placed and paid for, delivery. Due delivery 1week later. Email received 1oc am the day before to say my order had been cancelled. "Not in stock" was it in stock when I ordered? No reply. Disgraceful. I will never order from them again. Beware!!!!

Ordered click and collect form swords

Ordered click and collect form swords, Dublin store, never collected the order, got an email saying thanks for collecting the order? Called the store several times no one ever picks up?
Reached out to the customer care by email, they had to excalate the request to the store, it's been weeks since I sent the original email. What is going on?

I placed and paid for an order at the…

I placed and paid for an order at the beginning of April and I’m still waiting for it. I have had to cancel work men three times because my order hasn’t arrived even though I received emails on two different occasions saying it would be delivered. The customer service is absolutely shocking. I will not be shopping there again.

Great service …

Delivery was prompt and I was delighted with the product. My only issue was there was only one delivery guy which made unloading the truck very difficult. Apart from that, I was delighted with the service 😊
