Product as described, delivery services on time , offer to supply the flavour is they run out , just amazing

Absolutely shocking company! my advice is to never use. my order didn’t turn up, contacted company for them to say it’s been sent and told me i would hear back within 72 hours..nothing! numerous emails have gone unanswered! £40 wasted that i can’t afford being a single parent (i know, but vaping is the ONLY thing i do) scam of a company, you have been warned!

Some of the vapes I have purchased from you do not work at all. So I'm a bit disappointed .

Whoever made the order up obviously never looked at it properly. 1 item was right but the other which was for 2 boxes of 10 was not instead just 2 vapes were sent meaning 18 short.

Good value. Only issue was shipping took a full week, with 3 days between the package being marked as shipped, and royal mail actually receiving it. Will probably use again in future.

Used a few time. Liquids ok.
But ordered some disposable vapes. Didn't work. Iv email n emailed them. Absolutely no response at all. No customer service so it seems. So if you have a problem who do you contact. Won't be using again!!

I ordered 8 nasty fix vapes ,4 didn't work, trying to contact these people is impossible, do not bother ordering from these people such a rip off.

I ordered on the 23rd March and on the 25th of March i saw the staus of my order said it had been shipped. Today after still not recieving my order i checked on Royal Mail tracking and it said they were waiting to recieve the package from DIY E Liquids. I contacted DIY and was told i hadn't verified my age, i was never asked to do so. They also claimed i did'nt respond to an email asking me to verify, I never got sent one! Yet they took my money and supposedly sent the package? Yeah...doesn't add up does it? I requested a refund, which they agreed to. I hope i don't have to go through my bank like others seem to have done. Avoid!

Worst ever experience and products, 4 items out of the 8 same product missing, the rest of them literally tasted like they were burnt! Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered on Friday morning , didn't get it till Wednesday,slow delivery considering I spent over 50 pounds, also everything was rammed into a thin cardboard envelope, all the boxes were bashed and opened due to being so packed in and tight .

Never ever order from here!

They claim they shipped my order over a week ago. Nothing so I emailed them, they tell me that I didn't complete the age verification thing. But they took my money food me out was on the way. I had to chase them. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

It’s been a week and I haven’t received my order!!!!!!
Nobody picks up the phone I have been calling relentlessly !
Won’t be ordering from here again !
I want my money back asap!
