Firstly, this is a company I have been using for my vape products for over 5 years, during the time I have been buying my supplies, as I make my own juice too. They have gone from strength to strength, the flavours are a world away from what we all used to be happy with, now though, I can state 100%, everything I buy from here, is worth the money and is worth the wait to get your delivery and get vaping. Their vape flavourings are amongst the best I’ve ever tasted. This shop keeps up with the trends but still caters for the oldskool vapers too. Always check the deals section for some amazing money saving buys and their own range of juices and concentrates are world class.

Resolved a complaint with me and agreed to provide a full refund for my items, despite the damage to my items being caused by Royal Mail. Fantastic service.

They’ve lost my order. Emailed and completed multiple contact forms. No response. Don’t use them ever.

I have ordered from these people a few times never had a problem, a few alternative products sent instead of the ones I ordered at times. However this time I ordered 4 7000 puff vapes. I did not tick to send alternatives if they were out of stock, which they were not on their website. Order arrived today and they sent me 0% nicotine ones as a alternative, feeling ripped off.

Really surprised at the negative reviews. Ordered my first product for next day delivery. It didn't come up as posted,so contacted customer service. They said "If it doesn't come by the next day,we'll reimburse you next day delivery". Problem with Royal Mail tracking it came as promised. Really happy,great value products,will order again soon! 😄 Order number 129408

Ordered online last weekend. They messaged me on Monday to say Mr Blue wasn't in stock and asked me what I'd like as a substitute. It all arrived today (including my substitute) Thank you :) I will buy again from here again

I always order off here my last order was wrong i have emailed 3 times and rang no reply seriously disappointed

I was a bit nervous to use this company due to the reviews here. However I placed my order online on Friday the 2nd June and my vape arrived today on the 7th June. I got what I ordered and its working fine - a little slower than using some companies, but I would still recommend using them

Ordered on the 20th of may 2023 heard nothing until the 23rd with a "has been dispatched" arrived today 25th of may and honestly I've never seen such shoddy packaging I ordered 25 empty 60ml bottles and a new geekvape pod system, these were for lack of a better explanation thrown in a box together no packaging for the bottles and the box seems to have seen better days I'm just lucky only a few of the bottles were damaged in transit, will not be ordering from this company again, and I advise you if you want to order don't order anything expensive as it will probably arrive damaged.

Very disappointed with this company, will avoid using in future 😕 they sent me substitutes, even though there website did not mark items out of stock like other websites, and then said that I ticked a box that said I would take substitutes, which I did not tick and saw no notice that said un tick/or agree to terms.
What really baffles me is that if you knew there was no stock why not mark on website as out, so that I could of gone somewhere else.
I paid £5.00 for it to be delivered, the girl on the phone was not helpful at all.
Also to return and get refund I would have to pay postage again and lose more money. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my items arrived but never worked I sent the 5 emails asking what I should do, I’ve gotten no response what so ever.
Anyone reading this and knows a return address I can send them back to it would be greatly appreciated

Fast service product was on time when I got hold of the company I got an instant response my other half also ordered and got there delivery very quickly two happy customers

PLEASE STAY AWAY , PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM , there’s so many good efficient vape companies online , this is the WORST of THEM ALL

Second time items missing!! Emailed several times nothing! I would go elsewhere vape and go cheaper and better!! You have been warned!

Edit((Did just manage to get through to a 'female' whom stated it must have got lost (even though only a label has been created on account -not dispatched etc) she claimed she would arrange a replacement - apparently.. time will tell!! If it arrives I will mod this review-

Honestly tho save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere 🤦🏼‍♂️

They don’t fulfil orders correctly and the customer service is terrible, they take days to respond if you’re lucky enough to get a reply! I recently contacted them as I was missing a few items from my previous order (contact about this issue via WhatsApp was ignored) and my most recent order, they took a few days to reply where I was told I’d receive a refund it’s been over a week and I haven’t received a penny. Terrible company to order from online and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t bother ordering online from here, there are better places that actually send what you order!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
As seen from previous reviews, when you make an order there is no means to contact the merchant! No one gets back to your calls or emails! It’s like contacting a ghost!! I had to contact my bank to get the money back

- I placed an order two weeks ago with nothing delivered
- No one gets back to my NUMEROUS emails
- Their telephone is just for appearance, it never works
- I even got their whatsapp, no one replies to my messages
- Courier claim they never dispatched the items to them and only the label was created!

Very dodgy and manipulative company! AVOID!

Lost parcel... yes they replaced it but it was many days later I received it. Secondly I had too many bad vapes from here the 'Mana Sticks' claim to be up to 600 puffs but I got no where near that out of them, some barely over half of the 'up to' quoted. I am wanting a replacement for a more decent product, but was told to return the used sticks but most of these are obviously thrown away... and who does this actually benefit. They literally have the chance to resolve this before they lose my business, and all my friends and family's too!

Have ordered quite a lot from this website but last order a bottle of juice was missing only a small one but enough to not trust this company anymore despite emailing and getting no response so i will take my money elsewhere in future.

I have ordered previously from this company with no issues and have been impressed with the goods I have received. However, I made a large order two weeks ago and still haven’t received the items I ordered. They took the payment immediately but when I log onto my account with them the tracking information is not yet available.

I have emailed the company 4 times asking them to inform me where my items are or to refund my money and have had no reply!

I think this is really bad customer service and it is such a shame as I have had a positive experience dealing with them until now.

Please let me know where my order is or refund me the money you took on 18th November!!!!!!
