Diyosworld is the bestest. I just love the Mickey room freshners, they are so cute and adorable. Definitely every product is worth the purchase..must must go!

Had to give 1 star, or cannot continue. So it’s officially NO stars from me!
My ‘naughty garden goblins’ arrived today.
Not as described, certainly not 16cm, just about 12cm. They are not worth the £39.97 paid plus P&P. The sale price £19.97 is more realistic figure for these, although seeing them now wouldn’t entertain that. They’re also not suitable for a patio as ‘far’ too small.

Very disappointed. Feel ripped off as if I’ve been scammed.
Will never purchase from these again.

Appalling Delivery
I ordered Reusable & Washable Premium Mason Jar Bags on the 3rd November 2020. After 3 weeks I still hadn't received the order and when I contacted Diyosworld to ask them where it was they said it had been delivered by Royal Mail and it had been signed for. I asked to see the signature and where it had been delivered but they couldn't offer this, and said I had to do the investigation myself. It then took a further month for them to come back to me to say they would resend the order, which I finally got 15 weeks after my original order. If I ever have to use Diyosworld again it will be too soon.

I bought an epilator pen which didnt work from the first use!! When i initially emailed i was told it needs batteries to work (!! they thought i didn't think to put the batteries it came with inside?!!) after being told to send a video i haven't heard back. I've sent 10+ emails with no response. Don't purchase items that could potentially not work, awful customer service.

Ordered a leather cover sheet it has just arrived to say I'm disappointed is a understatement for £18.98 it's so small its disgusting DO NOT ORDER THESE FROM HERE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF YOU WOULD NEED 10 IF THESE TO BE WORTH WHAT YOU PAY FOR 1 DISGUSTING

DREADFUL If there were a 0 star I would click on it No delivery, lousy communication, no response to emails, ordered for Christmas and family disappointed it has not arrived to be put up for Christmas. (As I write this my wife is crying).
I am so angry that if it were possible I would go to their offices. (Which when time permits I intend doing.

Paid for item been chasing now for weeks emails I am getting are contradicting, 2-4 weeks then 3-5 weeks delivery. Item sent again then will send again I don’t know how many times they have supposedly sent. The most annoying thing is that they expect me to fall for the rubbish they keep writing they mustn’t think I keep previous emails. Raising with fraud dept at bank

My husband purchased one of these as a present for me and am totally unimpressed with the item not worth the money from day one of putting it in my car even with the car fan on its highest setting you can't smell anything tried the other fragrances he'd bought and none smell and after only 12 weeks the plastic back broke off causing the diamante body to fall off all the time, have emailed and still waiting for them to get back to me.

I ordered a small item for my daughter for Christmas 2019. The labelling was so bad, post office could not deliver it and package was returned to company. We have been trying to get a refund ever since. Money was taken Nov 2019, we are now Oct 2020 and still waiting. COVID was blamed, then we had been refunded by PayPal, we don't have an account and paid by credit card, then there was a hold up in accounts. Latest and by far best excuse, because it has been sooooooooo long since they took payment, accounts are having trouble finding our original payment. I refuse to give up and it does give entertainment each month waiting for latest excuse!!!!! Wondering how to celebrate our 1 year anniversary with company!!!!!

Excellent service and high quality products. Love the Solar Fountain Which I received. Customer service team is very helpful, all my emails were answered in a timely manner. I would certainly buy from them again.

From the start of my transaction, the communication was seamless. Customer service always responded within an appropriate time frame.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to my purchase. TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve been waiting on a refund for 3 months and every week they guarantee it’ll arrive within 7 business days. DONT BUY ANY OF THEIR ITEMS!!!

Their response below stating that the refund was issued is absolutely false. They are trying to save face. Do not trust this company.

I purchased goods in June 2020 ,returned as were unsuitable. That was June , numerous emails over & back ,they have received my returns - I yet have to receive my REFUND . Absolute disaster of a company to deal with. Action - I am going to contact PayPal re this company
