We have used this site a few times now…

We have used this site a few times now to order household items as well as fitness products. The store sells future as well as in-trend products simple but realistic descriptions.

They took care of the orders as the mentioned. The products are also unique unlike what we usually find with other e-commerce sites, basically they always extend the right Value for money we spent.

I recommended to my family friend in West coast and they also started purchasing with Diyos. Overall my experience has been quite satisfactory.

Arm Trainer

I purchased an arm trainer from Diyos world, after using I noticed plastic shavings coming from it, however I persevered with using and after only 6 times of using it fell apart in my hands. I contact Diyos world to provide me with details to return it for a refund together with the cost of the postage (as I was not prepared to pay postage for Faulty goods). They refused to pay the postage saying it is their policy not to pay for return postage, this I could understand, but under the Consumer Act 2015 it should not cost the consumer money to return a faulty item, if I had changed my mind about the item that would be different. Terrible company and goods are not fit for purpose, DO NOT USE

SCAM

Ordered in April & still not received. Excuses from them - COVID-19, wrong address, tracking says it’s been delivered to the states. I’ve asked for a refund but get the reply about how sorry they are etc etc. Think they are not genuine.

Worst company to deal with....

Well where do I start worst company to deal with I made an order 3.5 months ago I'm still waiting!!!!! They keep coming up with EXCUSES I have asked for a refund I have received nothing & know they are not responding to my messages. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Australian orderers beware

Australian orderers beware. Yes my stupid fault for paying for a product in pounds double our dollar and it comes from China. I bought the jar bags 3 x which cost me $70.00 approx Australian. Not even worth using. I will never again buy again from an overseas site.

No product no correspondence

I ordered a product 1 month ago on the 6th of June, I have not received anything my payment has gone through , and I have been sent a tracking no. However this tracking no does not exist, which makes me a tad suspicious I have had no answer to my email and are wondering if I have been ‘had’, please DiyosWorld are you for real?

I have not recieved my order

I have not recieved my order, I have been waiting for weeks and the only thing they tell me is there are shipping delays.
If I when I get my order you can best believe I will never order a thing from this place.
Im really disappointed on how they handled my request. Live and learn

Over 5 weeks since ordering and still…

Over 5 weeks since ordering and still have not received my products!
Second shipment arrived and had only one of the 2 items I ordered. Neither shipment included the collapsable Mason Jars!

Excellent Customer Service *****

I have received my order though there was a delay given the current COVID-19 situation but their support team went all out by sending my order again in priority which I have received and love it. Also during this process, their team was constantly in touch with me. This is what I call going above and beyond.

DON’T DON’T DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON’T SEND THE PRODUCT AND THEY DON’T PROCESS PROMISED REFUNDS.

Looking at the new reviews for this company I do not believe they are genuine... would certainly take them with a pinch of salt!!!

Interesting that the business joined this discussion mid June and then there were a number of positive posts. It's all rubbish!!! I am leaving it to my credit card company to get a refund - in the company's defence they said if I cancel that request they will give me my refund... I have declined as I trust my CC rather than DIYOS.

Thanks for the response but I've already done all that and got nowhere - my credit card supplier has refunded the money to me so they will be voiding the transaction at your end.

19/7/20 - unsurprisingly the gift hasn't arrived - bit like the products... I will of course update if it does turn up but I'm not holding my breath right now.

25/7/20 - still waiting..... they are a joke!!!

27/7/20 - update.. I've been sent a photo of the package... will update if it is received :-)

28/7/20 - package arrived. Thank you.

Do not order from this business

Do not order from this business. I ordered the Mason Jar reusable bags 3 months ago and this is June and I still have not received them. I have been in constant communication via email and all I get is a promise of receiving my items.

Scam and rip off
