I bought the most expensive matress (QUANTUM Prime) its combined bed frame, after the recommendation of the seller that i won't have any problems! After almost 20 months the matress can't be used anymore because it is broken. After talking with the people in the store they said that they can't replace the matress because the guarantee has expired! Which is absolutely not true. The store is not recommended at all and the people don't respect the customers. After asking the manager to find a solution and he denied, i said that i will fill an official report to ARN he said according to the documents you have you can do nothing. The photos are showing the defect mattress that the store denied to replace.
