Item arrived a bit late… after talking with the courier they told me it was lost - I sent emails to you telling you all this (at their request) and less than an hour later got a text saying the package was out for delivery

Had a nightmare trying to pay for my order as you wouldn’t accept a GMX email, but found that out after lots of attempts. I was supposed to have next day delivery, but I’m still waiting for my item, so it will be later for my holiday, which is why I purchased the items! I’ll used DJI store in the future.

I was approached realky quickly to be helped but the service tv didnt really know anything about the product apart from the price.

Terrible customer service. Website live chat seems like its unattended. Waited hours for no one.

Return policies in Europe seemed to be ignored by DJI with no right of withdraw, only 14 days to return if you're dissatisfied, the unit is faulty or you would like a refund.

Batteries included with products never last or provide the runtimes advertised. Trying to get anyone from DJI to get back to you is impossible, unless you've handed over excessive amounts of personal data, just to use the product after 4 times.

The DJI Avata 360 is a fantastic drone with an innovative 360 degree camera system, that makes for a fun flying experience and great photography. The N3 goggles however are blurry with no dioptic adjusters or way to adjust sitting position. This is reported by me and friends of mine

I spoke to DJI Hasselblad about this concern of mine who advised that yes there is no way to adjust at all, but that it should be fine so I should get an eye test as it is a sign of poor eye health that the goggles are blurry… so I paid for an eye test which showed I have great vision and no concerns for my eye health.

The N3 goggles should have a form of adjusting how they sit whilst worn or adjusting focus.

The goggles 3 do have dioptic adjusters so recommend getting those instead, however they are twice the price and do not come in a combo with the 360 currently.
