Crawford & Company, loss adjusters, Nottingham, My issues were regarding the proposed repairs, as well as the lack of contact or updates received. I complained to Ageas, in 2018 they replied back after their investigation 8 February 2019, their decision is to uphold my complaint, as they agreed that the service supplied by Crawford's has not been satisfactory. My claim for subsidence started at end of 2015, and worked was undertaken in the last 8 weeks, with me going back too complain too Ageas higher-up about Johns Of Nottingham, the Company they employed too do the work which has also been upheld. I would not recommended this company to undertake insurers work.

Awful service
Acted as the intermediary on my insurance claim with Hiscox insurance, absolutely awful service ended up requiring escalation and complaints. Months wasted and once bypassed from the process and everything got sorted. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid at all costs!
The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Claim has been ongoing for fourteen months. Every time I contact them I'm told some one will call me back which they never do, or that the person handling our case is off today or on holiday.

Just beat your claim down to bare minimum
Shocking service, they act on behalf of the insurance company to "negotiate" payouts. They don't care about the policy holder. They have been dealing with our claim since 2012 and still haven't settled.
