We recently purchased this bracelet online, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bracelet arrived on time and was of good quality, exactly as described. I was happy with the design and felt it offered good value for money. However, we had requested gift wrapping along with a personalized message, and while the wrapping materials and a blank paper with the message were included, the item itself was not wrapped. This was a bit disappointing, as we were hoping for a ready-to-gift presentation. Despite this, the bracelet itself is lovely, and we’re satisfied with the purchase.

They've messed up my Christmas present!
I've bought a present for my wife and They just forgot to send my order and I found it out only 2 days before Christmas.
Of course ot has been refunded,but super irritating that they messed up with a Christmas present!!!
