I paid for guaranteed 2 day delivery on 11/22/25, the order fulfilled on 11/24/25, so I expected delivery on 11/26/25, instead I received the package 11/28/25. I was repairing my daughter's kitchen cabinets ahead of Thanksgiving as she hosted a family getogether. Instead of being fixed, we ducktaped the cabinets. There are no instructions as to how to get my money back for the guaranteed shipping. The hinges themselves worked fine, and I would order those again.

You sold me something on your site. I was in a time crunch. Then you canceled the order a few days later. I did not get charged, but now you seem unaware that you canceled the order

I ordered the material on 11/12 since your website indicated that there were 100+ IN STOCK and would ship within 2-3 business days; we had 7 days from order date to receive & install. I called on day 4 after making the order since I hadn't received the shipping information - I was told that the material was not in stock there or at the manufacturer. Well, the order didn't ship to us until 12/10. the delay cost my company $$ since our customer was no able to get their certificate of occupancy on their scheduled date. I called several times - We cannot order from your company again. Your misrepresentation/false advertisement of inventory on your website is basically thievery since purchases are made based on false information and the customer is not made aware of any issue until to call after 3 days of no shipping notification only to be told that there is no inventory and blame the manufacturer. I would have ordered the material elsewhere had I know it would take a month and cause us to potentially loose business opportunities with this General Contractor

I put in the order, paid for it and waited. Nothing arrived after 11 days. I called. A robot picked up and promised a call back. That evening I got a call back inviting me to pay extra $260 (the order total was a bit over $100) “because the price massively increased” according to the representative. Talking to a supervisor was just talking with a scammer with no shame trying to take more of your money. I’ve filed a dispute with my card. They are a scam.

Product ordered did not come with spray nozzle pictured on your website. Product cannot be used without sprayer. When contacted your customer service department was unable to resolve the problem and refunded my money

Upfront process and ordering was outstanding. Shipping with USPS took almost a week and the part stayed only within intra Florida.

The toolbox hinge that opens and closes the chest is broken.

At the time I placed my order I was not informed that the item was not in stock. This caused considerable delays in receiving the parts!
