I Placed the order , I paid for the order, I paid for 2 days shipping, they confirmed my order and after a week waiting for my order I call and they said they don't have the part , I received the refund and I lost a really good contract, very frustrating, its illegal to sale something you don't have..

Company is great with customer service with getting a quote as well as navigating the website. One issue is that my understanding when making a purchase for a dogging screw was that I'd be getting a pack 10 as it said in the item page description of instead of one.

Great shovel minus the twisted game of unpacking it. They decided to wrap in a trash bag with clear tape took me an hour with razor blade- just wrong guys. No box plus the plastic part of the shovel wasn't locked in. Good news I recommended to a friend. Let's see if you put him through he'll too or just me

I'm a huge fan of Pyrex glassware and when my 30 yr old bowl broke, I had to buy a new one. You had it thankfully and I've already used it multiple times the past few days.

Typical bait and switch game. They advertise something at a great price, you pay for it and then you get an email stating they don't have the item. Then they have the audacity to ask if you'd like to apply your refund to another purchase. LOL. Umm no thank you. Please stay away from this company. "Something stinks in Denmark."

Product was exactly as described and fit perfectly.

Item arrived just not on time

Item not in stock but not indicated on website. Long delay. Over two weeks to receive product. Poor communication.

The price was good. The order was accurate and sent in a reasonable amount of time, but I wish DK gave free delivery on my order.

My address change prior to shipping was handled and I found that all who I spoke with (3 or 4 different people) were kind, helpful and responsive. They offered a product (Stops the Sting) that I was having such trouble finding online or in stores. While they were out of stock, their ordering system and link to suppliers got me what I needed in very short order. Thank you!
