Excellent alternative to Amazon
I like having an alternative to Amazon. On eBooks.com you have a selection of books to choose from with prices competitive (and sometimes better) than Amazon. And I like the idea of supporting another business that is not as big as Amazon. The books are easy to get. If you have an ebook or a tablet, it's easy to download and get the book. Or just read it on your laptop. Either way, I have never had issues and recommend this site. I have also been using it for about 5 years now.

Exceptional service
I’ve had a very negative experience with obtaining digitized books on the google play platform. I had not come across ebooks.com so I checked into it before making a purchase. Alex at ebooks.com researched the problem I had and explained why I had the problem. Apparently, some ebooks are not formatted to leverage the capabilities inherent on an ebook platform. I am very pleased by the customer support provided by ebooks.com and will definitely make my next purchase there.

Almost Perfect
The whole process of registering, searching and purchasing is excellent. Just one annoying issue is that there are many books that don’t respond to adjusting the font size within the app (using iPad) and thus I have to read those books via the online facility.

I love getting books from here
I love getting books from here! With the app I can adjust the size of the pages, so I can see the words more clearly. I don’t need a book mark, because they save where I was lastly reading. Also, physical books take up physical space and I get to store all my books on this one app.
