We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. Professional service

From start to finish the service was excellent. Courtesy calls prior to collection of the Car, updates very regularly via sms. Lucas who delivered the courtesy car was excellent charming and very professional. The whole process of repairing my car was seamless. Even did a splendid job on the cleaning the interior.

Satisfied with the work

Vehicle was picked up promptly and delivered back as expected. No issues with the work, other than I would have expected the parts to be ordered in before the car arrived due to the work being a key change. The car was away for 12 days which wasn't a problem because I had a courtesy car to drive.

Accident repair

Very impressed with the service provided. Car repairs were completed to a very high standard. Pick up and drop off service was first class.
Car was returned like showroom condition.

People Matter…

Following the vehicle delivery to DNG I was contacted and advised of the scope of work and the implementation. This was very reassuring and helpful.
As with any company the people are the most important. All the communication was very good and responsive to any questions I had.
If we were told they would get back to me it always happened.
The progress updates were useful.

Car had to be returned a further 2…

Car had to be returned a further 2 times to fix a paint blemish issue that was not part of the original damaged area.
