Ordered the classic oval bangle & had an issue with the clasp, Jobie was amazing & responded so quickly, after sending a short video demonstrating the clasp she ordered a replacement bangle which I received today, it was all dealt with in a matter of days! The customer service is incredible, I noticed an issue with my order and the team were straight on it. They had fast response times, and although the item I had an issue with was no longer in stock, I was given the option of store credit or a new item sent out. They were extremely polite and apologetic, there’s nothing more I could ask for - overall amazing. Thank you.

I purchased the slim m/l eternity bangle wore it for the first time today, and it was lost the clasp has come of whilst I have been out. So would not recommend

Really disappointed with my package of items this morning. Everything is tiny. I can barely get the bracelet on my wrist (I ordered the largest size available). I am not a large woman (size 12). The Anthena necklace was shown on the website as having a good drop. The one I received is almost a choker. The same applied to the paper clip necklace. I liked the solid bangle but again, didn't look like the one from the website. Incredibly delicate. The women on your ads must be child sized. I treated myself to celebrate a personal anniversary and came away extremely disappointed. On a positive note, the ordering process was good and delivery was speedy.

The product is lovely and arrived quickly. A few months later we have had a stone come out of the earrings but I emailed them and got a new pair sent out the next day. The customer service was very helpful.

Ordered a few pairs of earrings and unfortunately one pair arrived with a missing gem. I contacted the customer service team and sent them a few photos and the two ladies that replied to me straight away were lovely and were happy to help and send out a new pair without hesitation. Very happy with the customer service I received and I look forward to making some more purchases in the near future!

I ordered the wrong metal earrings, due to the picture being of cold, but the writing in small stated silver. After receiving the earrings in the wrong metal I contacted customer services, who even thought earrings are non returnable agreed to me sending them back. Every correspondence with the customer service team has been pleasant and refreshingly helpful and understanding. Will happily reorder from D Louise in the future.
