Great newspaper. Sometimes leans too much on a narrative (like under the pandemics) but surely one of the best and objective newspaper still out there.

Corrupt payment and contract practices.
I ordered a student subscription through Studentkortet.se.
When I changed billing method to autogiro/direct debit and at the same time informed them that I am a student, they unilaterally cancelled my student subscription and started a "DN Digital Bas" subscription for about 100 SEK more per month.
I have saved the related emails.
DN:s customer support blatantly lies and claims that I have never informed them that I am a student.
It is surprising that such a large conglomerate as Bonnier Group and Bonnier News perpetuate such fraudulent business practices. Although I feel the newspaper DN is good, I will never again buy any products or services from any Bonnier company.
That is the only power we have as customers: to choose not to consume products or services from bad companies.
