How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
Suspended my domain name without warning. They say they need my ID number to prove my identity but they have not told me what documenation they deem acceptable! It's a bizarre situation. I sent my passport number and photo, but I don't think they accepteed it. Now my website has been taken offline. This must be why so many people choose a .com instead of a .pt domain.
