My husband needed a dark yellow vest. What you have as dark yellow is a pale yellow. We bought from you years back and assumed we could get a new vest. We both were disappointed when he received the vest. Iguess your colors changed.

Did not like or expect an additional…
Did not like or expect an additional $30+ charge I had to pay UPS at time of delivery.
The jacket I ordered appears of good quality and it fits well.
But I’ll never order again due to that charge.

Any previous orders would not have been impacted, as these orders were pre-Trump administration, unfortunately at the moment this is what we are working with.
This is out of our hands, although we have made it clear online that we ship from UK, especially on the checkout where you would have had to tick a box confirming you understood, as well as an Import FAQ page which can be found here, https://www.dobell.com/us-import-faqs

Postage due 2X the shirt cost!!!
I ordered a tux short online and it didn’t tell me the shipping charge would be $120, twice the cost of the shirt.
Don’t understand because I liked the Dobell shirt I bought years ago.
I requested a refund and would leave you alone if I got it, but of course no response.
Most egregious experience I’ve ever had with an online retailer. And I am spreading the word online.

The suit. It fits well. The pants are already finished, which is good saving me some money to get them cuffed. I was disappointed that I was unable to get the matching vest, but I do wear a plain black vest from another suit with it, and it looks good.
