A scam. Spent $59 for the dermatologist to tell me to see another dermatologist. Requested medical records and no answer with follow up for over 3 weeks. Still nothing. Super frustrating.

Update: Jared M reached out. Offered to send medical records. Still have not received them. Also, no refund. No receipt of payment as requested.

After years of suffering from chronic Seborrheic Dermatitis I FINALLY found something that works! As I detail in the video I consulted online with a licensed dermatologist at docbright.com for $59 flat fee. Within 24 hours of completing the questionnaire and sending in 2 photos, the doctor responded with a treatment plan and prescriptions were sent to my local pharmacy. I haven’t felt this good about my skin in a while and know the feeling of struggling with this skin condition; so I wanted to share this huge success in hopes that it will be beneficial for someone else too.

I used docbright when I had some embarrassing and painful dermatitis on my face and they very quickly put me in touch with a doctor who could help. I had a prescription within two business days.

I used the online visit for a dermatologist. I don’t have paid leave so this was great for me. Was diagnosed and prescribed proper meds in less than an hour. After 5 months of dealing with peri oral dermatitis I am finally getting clear skin again

I told the dermatologist what it was as said to me from a different doctor where I sue to live, and included pictures of the issue on more than just my scalp and still they insisted it was just a infection caused from dandruff

This is my second time using DocBright and it was still a wonderful experience. As long as I gave detailed concise explanation of my daughter's issue and uploaded her photos properly, the DocBright Dermatologist was able to give a spot on diagnosis, submit my prescription and my daughter's problem was solved.

I was initially hesitant to use DocBright, as I hadn't used telemedicine before. But, I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor was quick to follow up with a couple more questions and I had a prescription the next day! Would definitely use DocBright again. Saved me tons of money, and was a great experience.

Was a little skeptical but this was by far the best dermatologist experience I’ve ever had they responded almost immediately and sent over my prescription to my pharmacy and got it right away!! I’ve paid hundreds of dollars for in person appointments and none have been able to figure my condition out and this doctor got it spot on my rash is almost gone just a few days left I have already recommended this site to family !!!!! My experience was wonderful. My doctor not only immediately diagnosed my HS but also took a step further and offered to become my dermatologist. I meet with her on Monday. It's so nice to be heard and not throw money around for no solution.

It was great! It really out my mind at ease and I got treatment! I’m so relieved and less stressed about it.

They keep asking you to take new blood tests and make you pay for multiple visits. $150 each for online appts.

The dermatologist could not ID the rash with multiple photos. I paid 200 out of pocket prescriptions which were useless. I went to CVS minute clinic where the NP dx me with Shingles and also stated that the Dermatologist should have been able to recognize it esp when I have it only on one side of my body and the symptoms to match. Another 250 later I’m on Antiviral meds and stopped the antibiotics and steroid cream the Dermatologist prescribed. If it’s difficult to figure out a common rash via photos don’t offer a service where the doctor prescribed the wrong treatment

I honestly thought some of these reviews were fake or paid for but I decided to try the service anyway since it was so inexpensive and give it a shot. My primary doctor was going to refer me to a dermatologist to treat my condition since she had unsuccessfully been trying for several months. I'm self pay so when I looked up the average cost for ONE dermatologist appointment and the fact that they were booked months in advance I knew that wouldn't work for me.
I sent my images to the Dr, filled out a form about my health history with it and possibly skin condition that may be inherited.
I sent it in the afternoon around 3pm. My Dr emailed me back around 2am. Diagnosed my condition and sent two prescriptions to my pharmacy. I already picked them up and they seem to be helping.
5 star experience. Would definitely recommend and will be using it again in the future to develop a good skin routine.

I went from going dealing with my situation for almost 3 years to getting rid of it in days 🤧 I’m so excited I didn’t make my decision no better
