Not legit

Placed an order for a Large, the receipt shows a Medium sock size. I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. Emailed about the size change, never heard back and 5 business days later, still not shipped. Called the only phone number I could find, it's disconnected. I want my money returned or the size Large socks I've personalized.

choose another company

choose another company. i placed an order two weeks ago based on the website stating that orders will be received in 7-10 days. i’ve emailed them and haven’t heard back. they’re chat function on the website is a scam. buyer beware.

We replied to her email back. We replied to them back on chat too. She received the socks. She wanted to make changes to her socks which was her mistake. We told them that we cannot make changes as these were custom socks but she was threatening us to post bad reviews or get a refund. We refused and she now posts this review.

Disappointed with service and product

Disappointed with service and product. I ordered the socks for a loved one as a Christmas present. It took a while to get the socks I ordered which was fine because I assumed they were taking their time to ensure the quality was right. I received the socks and the dog’s face is cut in half on the sides of the socks multiple times and it looks incredibly strange when wearing. They are telling me that I approved them, which I did approve the image but they did not send me what it would look like on someone’s leg. None of the advertisements show the animals’ faces cut in half down the side but they asked me how they were supposed to do that? I’m trying to explain to them that that is not my issue to figure out but what is advertised on their site is not what I received. She stopped communicating with me via the chat and said they would contact me by email. Now I won’t have a present for this person in time and it appears I am out my $25 for a pair of socks. They advertise that each pair is inspected for print quality- that person could use replacing or reorienting. I have worked in customer service for years and the customer service person could use some classes in that department as well. If they do contact me via email, I will be requesting again a replacement or refund. I will update this review with the resolution.

I ordered custom socks on 10-19-22 and…

I ordered custom socks on 10-19-22 and as of 11-14-22 I still have not received my order even after paying for expedited shipping.

We have emailed you multiple times and asked you to check with the local post office as sometimes they stuck in there because the package was there by 27th October.

But you never got back to us, we would have given you a free replacement if there were no answer from your local post office.

Do not trust this business it is an…

Do not trust this business it is an absolute SCAM. Their "customer service" has been trying to argue with me in text message format via email and it is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had ordering anything. He has responded that "I should behave" and then when I inquired further about whenever I was receiving a refund or reshipment the only response was "have a nice day".

They tried to say my original order was delivered although it was not. The person running this is very immature to the point it is comical. Do not give bad people your business.

I am not sure what will you get by posting bad reviews for us.

The tracking stated that the package has been forwarded to another address and it was not a success. And now, it stated that the package has been disposed by the shipping carrier.

I asked her to provide me the right address but she kept saying we are lying.

Excellent Quality & Super Fast Delivery

Excellent quality- I had a custom order using a photograph and it came out very well considering it’s printed on socks! There was a hiccup with my order, but they were amazing at their customer service, and am truly satisfied with my pair of socks!! Cannot thank them enough!!

I paid for shipping and i did not even…

I paid for shipping (7-10 days), shipping took 2 months at least and i did not even receive the product, costumer service wont do a refund. What I understand is that Doga Socks has chosen the cheapest and therefor least reliable shipping company to send products, if you are outside the US, I dont recommend you buying from this site

Dear RM, thanks for your review. We are sorry for any inconvience that caused. Please check again our shipping page, we already said outside USA shipping takes 8 weeks, but you ordered without seeing our T&C. Every order that we send outside of USA takes 8 weeks and it delievered within 7 weeks. This is custom product and once we print we cannot make refund unless it is damaged or delayed by our side.

Shipping was quick

Shipping was quick, the order was correct, and the pictures of our dogs came out very nice on the socks. Over all happy with the purchase.

They are cute socks

They are cute socks. My lower rating is because I ordered purple socks, and I was sent pink. I contacted customer service via email (the only way), yet I never heard back anything from them. My teenage daughter will love the socks, but will hate the color :-(
