I found the website the best to use with how far you wanted to travel from your house and where exactly each property was from you . It made picking a cottage much easier .plus the filters meant you only got the properties that suited you.
Booking was easy and painless

Wow!! What an easy process to get my booking sorted, we can’t wait to go to one of your lovely lodges with a hot tub too x

The whole booking experience was straight forward thank you,my only concern was the website doesn’t appear to have a secure payment symbol such as https or a padlock. On making the payment my bank did contact me to warn me of this and that the booking could be a scam.I thought you should be aware of this because it could put potential customers off.
Kind regards Maurice Clarke.

Very good location for exploring Dorset. The Wishing Well, coffee ,tea rooms ,situated in the village is well worth a visit with a lovely garden to wander round. The Grain Store is a large property with two lounges, one downstairs and one on the first floor. The downstairs lounge did not smell very clean and had a strong smell of dogs as it did in the hallway which smelt of dog urine which was quite unpleasant. The sofas downstairs I feel need a good deep clean. The lounge upstairs is very spacious but the sofa has seen better days as you sink down into them as they have sagged over time making it very difficult to get out of.I read a review that the beds are very comfortable which I must have been some time ago as they are not now. The only comfortable bed was the single in the smallest room where our grandson slept. After paying a lot of money to stay in the holiday home you expect to have decent beds to get a good nights sleep so you can enjoy the rest of the holiday. My son slept on the top floor in the largest bedroom and was sneezing every night so this room was very dusty and equally the bed was not comfortable. The bedding and towels are of good quality .We felt the whole place needs a good deep clean.Behind the radiator in the dining room was full of dust and hair. The plughole in the sink in the upstairs on suite bathroom was slow to drain so on pulling up the plug found long hair and debris blocking it,obviously this hadn't been cleaned in a while. The kitchen is very well equiped and there is a dishwasher and washing machine. The courtyard is a nice place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.Would I stay here again probably not due to the poor beds. I would defiantly stay in the village of Upwey but a different property.

Very easy process to find and book what I was looking for. Follow up was rapid also, got a great deal on the dates I was looking for at a very reasonable place, within the driving distance I am happy with. A very wide variety of choices and styles of accommodation

Lots of options. Reasonable prices.
Would have preferred to have know it was a Sykes property.
We have used them a lot until they started doing the good housekeeping bonds.
I really don't feel I can trust all property owners to be honest.
