Fast efficient installation and expert initial training with our dog. Everything works great: the fence, the collar, and most importantly the dog!

Lori is so helpful and professional. You can tell she really cares about the safety of the dogs and making sure the clients are educated as far as how the fence works and the best way to teach your pets about the boundaries.

They did a great job on explaining and installation. They made us feel that their commitment to us didn't end with selling us a system. I feel if we need them in the future for help troubleshooting our getting replacement parts they will be there for us.

I love DogWatch. This is the second time I have used it. I have seen other companies used by neighbors and their dogs run right out of the fence. I would never use another brand. What really makes this company so great is the phenomenal customer service by Laurie!! Shw is beyond wonderful! The fence is only a small part of it. We could not be happier with our new Stateline Dogwatch fence. We were unsure how well our beagle respond to her new found freedom, but she is absolutely loving being able to run around without a long leash. When we adopted a new fur baby to add to our family, we called Lori. We already had two dogs using the Dog Watch system. We love this system because it is so very easy to train both the dogs and us too. Any product you need replaced is fixed or sent to you in a very short time period. Anyway, while Lori was here we added another boundary. She had been to our house 3 times before to add more boundaries as our yard needs changed. It is so easy to make new boundaries later
with their system. Lori is really amazing training the dogs. The dogs respond to her very well. On this trip, not only did she get a newbie going. She helped us replace our worn out collars and added the new boundary. I would recommend Stateline DogWatch to anyone looking for a safe way to protect your animals from harm.

Added a 3rd dog to our pack - an 8 mo old Boston Terrier. Stateline DogWatch came out to the house in Cherry Vallley, helped me train the pup. Left me with plenty of instruction, tips and ideas. Laurie has a great amount of dog knowledge and ideas. She's very easy to work with relate to.

Stateline is excellent to work with. They provided helpful advice on where to position our fence, they were very flexible with scheduling to meet our needs, and did a wonderful job on installing the fence and then training us on how to train our dogs. I would highly recommend them.

Free estimate prior to me making the commitment encouraged us to take a "first look" at the product & services. Company owner, Laurie, is professional, knows her product completely, and stands behind installation and function. That first impression won us as customers.

Installation happened on the agreed upon date...it was quickly performed with professional machinery that ensured uniform installation/burial of the fence's wire. Electrical work was also quickly done. No D.I.Y. fumbling about on my part with trenching, wiring, and so on . . no uncertainty about how the project would turn out.

Laurie follows up the installation with a trip to the house for an initial training session with the homeowner and his/her dog. VERY thorough explanation and demonstration of the fence, which benefitted both me and my dog. You surely would not get that with a D.I.Y. kit from the local big-box store or on-line kit!

After the sale & installation, questions~ I had two~ were handled promptly and thoroughly. I cannot say enough good things about Laurie, the installation, and the product!

StateLine Dog Watch and Laurie/Mark Spain are absolutely amazing! Started with just the in ground fence and now own all their products! I recommend them to everyone!! I wouldn’t trust my dogs safety with anyone else!

Best investment I made in my new yard. Much more cost effective than a physical fence. The owner took the time to train my 2 dogs and explain all the facets of the system and next level of training needed. My dogs were trained within a week and it works great 6 months later. I can let them out and know they will not leave their area of the yard. But they can run and play and access the yard anytime. The training is key and these folks were experts on that part.

They are a wonderful company. Always shows up on time and does great, professional work. Lori is very friendly and easy to work with. We recommend them to all!

Best thing I ever did getting an in ground fence from Stateline Dog Watch. My dogs can go outside and run --and chase their number one enemy, the squirrels, as much as they like. They have never broken through the fence in the many years I have had the system.
