4K Beast CCTV Camera

4K - Beast PTZ cctv camera - Hi I installed the camera and thought the quality was good in terms of the lens , PTZ and presets. The online control software is comprehensive but clunky in terms of connectivity. After a couple of weeks the camera started to have problems regards the IR filter locking on or off using auto setting. Even in day / night mode this happened. I would have to move the tilt to unlock the filter. Occasionally the camera would lose position and then all the presets were gone. One other noticeable issue was a loud ratcheting sound when the autofocus was operating which ruined some of the audio recording. In terms of recording motion detection and alarm it was very good and the IR lighting was good on auto - no overexposure or underexposing of the subject. Due to the glitches I have returned the camera and Domar have now resolved the situation, with an alternative camera and a refund - so I’m happy with that service. The tech support is very good however the email correspondence system occasionally misses replies so I have repeated a few emails to ensure they arrive. Four stars due to the timescale but still a good company in my experience.

Top class supplier, great support, great equipment

First, I am a returning customer to Domar; that should be a recommendation enough! I have recently extended my CCTV system. The first elements have performed very well since day one, and I had been very pleased with the level and quality of technical support. I had no hesitation asking for Domar's assistance to upgrade. The sales advice was helpful, costs reasonable, delivery prompt and when there was a small problem with one of the components (stuff happens, I wasn't upset) a replacement was arranged there and then. Installation support was once again faultless, friendly and prompt. Excellent all round.

New NVR

Installed a Domar system 5 years ago, recently upgraded the NVR. Delivered to my home within 24 hours, installed and operational within 1 hour. Excellent customer service and delivery - highly recommended.

Very quick email response from…

Very quick email response from Christopher at Domar. He checked a few details with me, prepared me for a meeting, then booked a convenient appointment. Christopher phoned at the agreed time, and quickly took control of my laptop. Within seconds, he had identified the issue, which he set about resolving- CCTV was now re-instated on my TV. In addition, he took the time to bookmark Herospeed on my laptop, so I could view on my computer. It’s some time since I bought the system from Domar, so if you value ongoing service, I can highly recommend Christopher, and Domar. Thank you for such efficient service.

Customer support terrible

Customer support terrible, had cameras leak within 1 year of being fitted constant false alerts. Contact customer service or there technical. They just tell you to send them software version info and once you do that they never reply. No good will for faulty units failed due to manufacturing defects, no support product software seems poor. look the part but not very functional and don't last. Don't be fooled by the marketing BS. Replied to this review trying to look professional. But still have not replied to my emails relating to the faulty cameras.

Home CCTV - my choice

Informative web page, very easy to select correct option, simple payment and plenty of positive reviews.
Items arrived well packaged and very timely. Yet to set up but reviews indicate a very good after sales customer service if there are any issues

Great quality simple wireless WiFi cctv cameras

They are a proper cctv company that know there products they sell, they are very helpful on there after care on anything you have trouble with and will guide you on anything technical you may come stuck on setting up etc, very pleasant and polite. Very happy with my purchase and care i have received would definitely recommend thankyou.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise. It was not the fault of Domar Solutions that the parcel didn’t arrive as intended.
It was definitely the Post Office, that was at fault. Delivered to the wrong address.

Very poor customer service

Spent over £1000 with company on a CCTV kit. They supplied network cables that are not suited to external cameras. Tried 3 times to resolve including pictures. They've stopped communicating with me even though I've been very courteous throughout. I wouldn't use them again.
