Although the Engineer was able to reconnect the watet spill pipe back in place for discharge onto the motor evaporator plate, the fridge still accretes ice around the drain hole, but slower than before so i guess it is an old fridge design, and needs to be replaced.

The process from contacting D &G to the engineer making the repair of the washing machine was very straight forward,the engineer was very polite and had very good knowledge of the appliance

Another great example of why I have been with D&G for nearly 20 years, most of my appliances are covered any repairs have been fixed within a good time frame, washing machine replaced previously as the drum was damaged, more recently fridge freezer just got repaired can’t fault D&G if always found the staff extremely helpful and polite.

First engineer blew electrics and stoped machine working altogether he returned following week advising fixed and left but when I tried washing machine fault came up again had to wait another week for repair. Engineer arrived at house didn’t text I missed him literally by 2 mins and had to wait another week further week then Charles appeared who was amazing fixed machine after full checks

This Company had arranged for an engineer to call on 30/06/26 to repair my Belling Range Gas Cooker. Engineer sent text day before to cancel. Contacted D&G who arranged another appointment for 03/07/26, again engineer sent text day before visit and cancelled again. Contacted D&G again to complain. D&G arranged another appointment for different Company to carry out repair on 7/07/26, guess what, yes they cancelled this appointment as they are not registered Gas Safe.
Is it no wonder I am frustrated, annoyed not to mention the inconvenience. Awaiting response from CEO of D&G. Poor service

I recently had an engineer out to repair my washing machine, once they had gone I tried to use the machine and the same problem was there, I rang up to make a complaint and thought I would have to wait ages for a response, however I was contacted the next day and my complaint was dealt with very efficiently, with the offer of a new machine, as my old one was old and no cost to me.

Most of it was great. I had 3 appliances break and were sorted, so not sure which one this is for, but all were sorted in a week or so.
They even replaced the large fridge with a fridge/freezer which I asked for and got, so that was a nice bonus as I don't need a large fridge anymore.
The dishwasher was odd. I had a beko freestanding, been repaired before without issue, but they had it as a Miele integrated. I hadn't realised they were integrated replacements, so that was a hassle, but sorted easy enough.
The proper replacement is another beko, but I don't know about the specs they use to replace. It's a MUCH inferior product in terms of space, settings, performance and everything that makes a dishwasher a dishwasher to the point I'm actually looking to buy a replacement as it's so useless compared to my last one. Only been 2 days and I already had to run it 4x as its smaller and doesn't even clean plates properly. Does do a great job on glasses though, never had glasses so clear and shiny to be fair. I always use the eco function, and always have, and the same tablets as previous, so all this is based on that setting, which is about 3hrs on this one instead of 5 on the last.
