Had a problem with fridge freezer not going cold in fridge call you, Engineer came check if out, said it was not repairable scap, sort out a replacement. Got new fridge/freezer within a week, brilliant quick great service

Thanks for a straightforward replacement of my old washing machine for a new AEG. A bit of high excess, and an initial confusion of my case that delay my replacement for about 2 weeks, but a good chat customer service resolved my issues. Delivery was prompt, and so far, my new washing machine works and shines in my kitchen.

Once the problem with the fridge was reported,domestic and general sent an engineer on Friday to access the problem.
Edel I believe was the engineer who attended he diagnosed and said he would return on Monday to carry out the repair he did so efficiently and in a professional manner with a friendly smile.
Overall very happy with the service received.
