All was very easy and pleasant to deal with. After phone call to D and G they sent out an engineer. Had an email said it couldn’t be repaired so to choose a new machine.

I found it easy to arrange an appointment, the engineer phoned in advance to let me know he was coming, arrived punctually and carried out the work efficiently with attention to detail and took time to talk things through with me afterwards

On 2occasions the problem was solved by two engineers but the fault returned within a few hours I called the last engineer personally he said he would call a ideal engineer for me which he did as he said it was a intermitant fault and I had a platinum policy which would cover me the engineer turned up I explained what had happened before he tested the boiler and replaced a part and did a service on boiler so I wouldn’t have to contact domestic &general for a re visit.thankyou ideal and the two engineers from 365?

New pressure vessel fitted on service which failed within 1 week. Replacement fitted by engineer and no issues now. Quick service time and knowledgeable engineer.
