So far your company has lived up to the promises you made to help manage my debt obligations; my only complaint is the way we have to interact. Quite often it’s slow and confusing and has to be repeated.
But I think to date you have served me as an honest broker. If communications can be improved I will gladly give you a 100% triple A Rating!

The main reason I feel so comfortable with choosing Done With Debt is the outstanding customer service I receive from Cynthia who takes the time to explain what’s going on with my account every time I have a question. She is very informative and patient with me every time. She always goes a step above to ensure I have all the information I need and takes the time to answer my all of my questions. Don't do like me and try this yourself, folks.
Went through a debt problem before and took it on myself.. sigh..
Immediately after hearing was a debt consolidation company, I fired around 20 questions off, to representative Kayla. And not the standard ones. She calmy answered every one. That's never happened in my previous experiences with a cold sales call for debt consolidation. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized I wasn't going to have to go through monthly calls to each debtor, keep track of every account, ect. ect. Again, Kayla answered every pertinent question. It's really nice to know this company MATCHES their words with corresponding actions. Can't say enough about Lisa who ran through account setup, private dashboard, explaining with ease how much simpler this was than trying to take this effort on once again.
Look folks, we all make mistakes. This company makes it much easier to get back on track, view your progress, payment, alerts, notifications.
Trust Pilot allows only 5 stars. I'd give a few more if possible.

Best choice for me.
I was paying over what was requested for pass 6 years. About a year ago I canceled City Bank which was the highest, explained that I wanted to get this paid and could they reduce the interest to help. This man actually sneered at me on the phone told me I was making payments but then moved up the request each month so my payment did not go so far. So I thanked him and started looking around. I heard about Done with Debt on The War Room with Steven Bannon. It made sense so made the call. Best choice I could ever have made.

This company swore they would help me…
This company swore they would help me get out of debt . Not only am I behind but my credit took a major hit the guy promised me that it would help me get out of debt . I have collections calling me left to right. I have contacted my lawyer since there law group has active lawsuits. Done with debt mislead me and promised Turnbull would represent me . None of that has happened . I am negative 3,000 and they fail to respond with an actual update. I have got 2 summons and the attorney fails to contact them.

Things are going as basically planned
Things are going as basically planned, but i was promised that my creditors were going to be contacted to let them know about our arrangements. That never happened. Apologies were made by customer service for the problems they had with their sales force. Their sales force that answers all the initial questions is handles by a third party company. This results in a
myriad of creditors calling you. I will say when one if them files for collections, the legal department handles things well.

Not happy
Not happy. I initiated contact with DWD around Sep. 11. Soonafter I spent 45 days in the hospital ICU and recovery after a stroke. My brother managed my phone while I was down. He didn't answer calls, but he did keep it charged and check my emails and paid my bills. When I came home, I discovered that DWD had called my phone at least 100 times, left about 36 voicemails from multiple DWD reps, and left several emails over that 45 day period and they're still calling. If you don't answer them, they will stalk you worse than any bill collector. Pissed me off.

Light at the end of the tunnel
I was given useful information by Michael Harrison on getting out of credit card debt. He told it to me in a way I could easily understand . Very professional and knowledgeable. The burden of debt has been significantly lessened. I am 69 years old and have had health problems. It means a lot to deal with someone who explains things clearly and has patience. Mr . Harrison was a pleasure to deal with .

Couldn't get answers to basic questions
This company seems shady. I spoke with a representative who refused to tell me how the fees are structured until after looking at my credit report. I wanted to understand the fees before committing to working with the company. The representative talked over me and I finally ended the call since I wasn't getting the information I was needed to move forward.
