How simple and effective. Life saving program
From the first call with my account manager, Ramy Shams the process was quick, simple, and informative. I couldn’t have asked for a better rep to answer all my questions and help me understand the process. Ramy ensured me of an open line of communication should I have any questions at all.
It didn’t take long to see results and the immediate money saved took a lot of pressure off.

I first received an email from Freedom…
I first received an email from Freedom Debt Relief, pretty much explaining how their program worked. Then I corresponded with Emma Gold from Freedom Debt Relief, and completed some paper work, and was later followed up by Alexa Jackson who is with Done With Debt, and she was extremely helpful in answering a lot of my concerning questions. Then I was followed up by Cynthia Fleming, who is associated with Done With Debt - pretty much clarifying eveything I had been told to date. With the research I had done on both companies, and with the consistency of information I was receiving from the people I was associating with, I felt very comfortable in moving forward with their assistance. I had several credit cards to take into consideration, but only three that I was frustrated with, where I was paying nearly a $1,000.00 per month in interest. I had gone the the banks several times requesting that they lower myd interest rates and each time I was denied...so I started looking for alternate solutions. I did not want to file bankruptcy, as I wanted to keep a lot of my credit cards active, and what I liked most about this program, was that I could pick and choose which accounts I wanted to put into the program, which in the long run, should save me a fortune in interest and will have apporximately $50,000.00 of credit card debt paid off in five years versus ninetteen and a half years. I applaud the representatives that I have talked with since joining the program the end of May 2024, but especially the three that I have mentioned, as they were very patient, polite and helpful in walking me through a process that I have never done in my entire life until now. I highly recommended seeking out Freedom Debt Relief and Done With Debt if you are struggling with debt and finding it challenging to pay your bills. The first few months are rough, but I have been told that once all is said and done, my credit scores should rise significantly.

Done with debt has been a life saver!!! Been working with Carter who has been AMAZING!! He’s been helping me through entire process and keeping me up-to-date on everything. I’m paying off my debts for much less and making lots of progress in a shorter time than I thought it would be. I’ve been in the program for 8 months and 2 accounts are already settled and paid and others are settled and payoffs are in progress!! This program is totally worth doing and I highly recommend Carter as he’s been the best!! I really appreciate his help and communication. Totally recommend and THANK YOU so much Carter!!!!
