Just bought a beautiful c-class from Ethan Martin Ballymena store. Lovely salesman with impeccable manners who took time to show us all the details of the merc and patience for us to show him our trade-in car. Ethan gave us a good price and took time todo all necessary paperwork which left us to drive our new merc away home considering we just came to view the car. Would defo return and highly recommend this store.

Good buying experience
Seamless enough buying experience. Paul was very friendly. Unfortunately they use Lloyd Cooke for any cosmetic repairs but other than that Donnelly Group usually decent enough. Always get there in the end. Happy with the car and the service received.

My Duster Journey begins
looking through the Donnelly and Taggert web page , i seen a car in stock. After i thought about it for a few mins i pop down to the show room. without makeing an appointmeat i was greated by Bryan Harding a nice man who sat and listened to me. After cheaking his computer he took me out to the fourcourt and showed me the car i had seen online , he also showed me a 2nd car Duster Journey Up and Go. back in the showroom Bryan explained the two cars in detail . Bryan Harding then offered me coffee as he explained the legal stuff of putting a new car on the road. As well as legal obligations of explaining finace packages.All the time he was willing and able to answer eny and all questions i had. I must say hand on hart the experince so far was second to none. yes i payed a deposet and filled out the paperwork. Bryan was so helpfull at this stage .(as you can see my spelling and reading is not the best). But the biggest suprise was still to come, when i asked when i could pick the car up. The answer was 2 day. Yes a brand new car with 5 mile on the clock . Reg paperwork all going through in 2 day thats amzing. I will not say that everyone will have this experince but one thing for sure in 3/4 years if i decide to get a new car i do hope the Bryan Harding is still there. all thats left to say is a big thank-you to Bryan for all his help and understanding. He did put me right at eas from the start.
