I am very pleased with the technical performance of this development team. I've played guitar for 60 years on various models, but this engineering achievement has totally thrilled me. With the addition of an inexpensive transmitter-receiver system, I can finally move around freely and follow my playing with my body because of the guitar's lightweight. The energy of the expression can unfold better thanks to the amazingly ergonomic design. Of course, details such as octave purity, string height, neck position more concave or convex, etc. can be adjusted using a special built-in set of keys. The string ends screwed to the head are also very convenient. Tuning is now easily possible by hand (at the end section of the guitar which has been reversed by 180 degrees), whereas the previous HUSH-I model still required a socket wrench. The previous model also only had one piezo pickup, the HUSH-X now offers significantly more sound variants with the two electromagnetic pickups. All in all: it is a turning point in guitar-making!

I must strongly advise against ordering from this website. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I've been patiently waiting for my piano for two months now, *order was placed December* enduring a frustrating cycle of anticipation and disappointment. Despite their promise of timely delivery, there has been absolute silence - no updates, no calls, no explanations. They happily accepted my payment but failed miserably in fulfilling their end of the bargain.

The audacity to keep me waiting for so long without a shred of communication is beyond comprehension. It's not just about the inconvenience; it's about the utter disregard for customer trust and satisfaction. I implore anyone from customer service who stumbles upon this review to take immediate action. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by this company is unacceptable.

This experience has left me feeling cheated and deeply disillusioned. It is a disgrace to make someone endure such an ordeal, and it's utterly disappointing to have placed any trust in this company.

Dear Sirs,
I have bought a guitar 5 days ago, at donnerde.com.
Until today, my order is not processed, not shipped.
I write emails to customer service (service(at)donnerde.com) but they ignore it.

update:
after 6 days, they finally shipped the guitar by DHL.

In the end, it took 3 days to deliver, and DHL couldn't deliver and returned guitar back to Donner, because they indicated wrong adress.

As a result: i wanted that guitar so much, and now i hate it, and i hate everything with Donner logo.

Never, never again.

I tell my story to you in order to warn you about disrespect, ignorance and stupidities that you may face if buying from Donner.

I have to be honest; if I had seen all these reviews here before, I would have hesitated to order at DonnerDe.
But I got a serious case of GAS after I saw a couple of tests of the B1 bass synth on YT and read about the 1.1 update. So when I found a discount code I ordered one.
Shipping was fast to the Netherlands, just a few days, with online tracking.
Then while the package was still on it`s way I got a promo email from DonnerDe. One of the items on sale was the B1 with an extra 20 euro`s off. I was a bit pissed at myself that I missed this better deal by just two days. So I wrote a mail to the servicedesk explaining the situation. By then I had read some of the reviews over here, so I feared the worst.
But within 2 days I got a reply from them; they were going to reimburse the difference. (thanks Stella!). A day later I received the package in good order.

I really like the B1; I have the TD-3, the TB-03 and a real 303. They all have their own character. The B1 sounds great, nice distortion and delay, and I love the extra live possibilities of the accent and slide buttons.

So I`m a very happy customer. 5 stars!

They sell items that are no longer available, they offer 2+1 and ship out just the 1, close your order and because it went through paypal, you can't do f&£k-all unless you got a legal representative.
