Delivery window was described at 5-7 days, it took almost 4 weeks, communication was terrible, was a holiday purchase which obviously never arrived in time for holiday, then Royal Mail left it in my bin which was subsequently emptied - shocking experience

At the moment standards have seemed to have dropped off. Delivery of 3 to 5 days no longer exists I’ve been waiting on an order since 27th of Augast it is now 10th of September. The help & contact tab on website is disabled, and no way of making contact. Will have to say very disappointed.

I love your products, didn’t want to give you one star, but this time I am really disappointed, ordered 4 shirts on July 2, no news and no deliver anything after more than two months, please let me know what is going on.

Only order from here if your willing to wait at least a month!

I placed my order for 3 items in June and a few weeks later got an email saying that there were delays due to high volume. It is now the end of August and no communication and no merchandise. I am going to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Unacceptable and unprofessional customer service.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service my mum ordered my birthday presents from don sucre and still nothing sending several emails no response this is out of order and needs to be dealt with

Awful company. Took 2 months to deliver one item. No response from customer service, you are just left guessing if you will ever receive your item or your money back. I have reported to trading standards as they shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!!

Had to wait over a month for delivery and this was for a birthday present - very disappointed.

Nothing wrong with the product always great quality. Customer service is awful never get a reply just an automated message to say someone will reply within 24 hours no one does

If there was a option for no stars you would of got that first delay on order then when it did arrive delivery note states 3xl which is correct trouble is t shirt sent was xs quite a bit of diffrance then when I send email totally ignored so I suppose I will have to return item at my cost then wait for refund

I really like the product. There was a slight delay in delivery but I was told about it so that is fine.

Item took 9 business days (11 over all) to arrive which isn’t great tbh.

Packaging was cheap.
I honestly do not feel the excitement I felt when I ordered the tshirt plus I haven’t even worn it.

Ordered 4 items delivery was due 5-7 working days. 3 weeks later nothing has arrived, contacted them received email stating an issue and will be sent out, to which 2 weeks later still nothing. Then proceeded to ignore my emails, claimed refund via bank and never will order again. Seems common lately from this company, shame as items aren’t bad, just poor service.
