After my last order took over 2 months to arrive I thought I’d never order from these again but they did correct their issues and refunded me. Silly me ordered again 3 weeks ago and yet to receive my order! I am now going to report this company to watchdog as should everybody else who has ordered from them!

Rubbish company ordered a t shirt on the 5th sept , saying 5-7 days delivery !!
Still no t shirt or answers to emails sent to them, so don’t know whats going on !! Sending small claim against them today !!!

I have been waiting for my order since it was placed on September 12, 2024.

I'm greatly disappointed in your lack of updates and response to my queries regarding my order. This reeks of a scam and I'll be on touch wiih Consumer Direct about this. And intend to cancel my order. Ridiculous!

No reply from them via email or IG DMs. Ordered T-shirts for a holiday but dont think I’ll be receiving them any time soon. Seems to be a scam.

Ordered earlier this month, said it would take 3-5 days to arrive, have received nothing. They ignore DMs and emails even though they say they will get back to you in up to 24 hours. Waste of time, do not order .

Utter crap customer service ,ordered over 2 weeks ago ,sent numerous emails asking where my order is ,NO response whatsoever,,was promised 5/7 days delivery,,don't use people the customer care is non existant

Never had an issue until recently with this company. Took money for an order I placed, within hours sent a generic email to say "there is a delay" and nothing after that. Ignores emails and messages on social media posts. Claim raised with bank for a scam.

Stil not had a response from the July. They've sent a part delivery and not bothered to fulfil the rest of the order, zero Comms, no refund and no product.

Awful company!!! Avoid!

Awful company!! I purchased a T-shirt on the 30th August, I sent an email on the 12/09/2024 and got a response back from Ariya on the 14/09/2024 to say they have flagged this with their shipping team and will get it dispatched asap. I am still awaiting my order so I emailed again on the 20/09/2024, and haven’t had a response yet.

Poor customer service still waiting for delivery no emails replied too simply not good enough I am afraid. Will edit this review when I get the shirts !!!

Great looking brand a great quality. Delivery times are terrible! Nearly 4 weeks and nothing, chased a few times and no response! About to contact my bank as I think I have been scammed!

Last few times I have ordered been great. This time not great ordered 10 days ago now and nothing has arrived. I like the clothes and have an order of over £200. All I have had back is one email saying they are working on the order.

Absolute joke of a company I’ve ordered 2 tee shirts 3 weeks ago they haven’t arrived and do not reply to emails so I’ve had to get my bank to reverse charge them

Delivery not has stated ,still not received items stay well clear .

Still waiting on my hoodie. Bought it on the 6th September. I have queried twice, both times an auto response saying someone would be in touch. Full of promises of expediting my purchase as soon as possible but still nothing. I have asked that they simply send me another or give me a refund. Ive read that other people are having the same problem. Can't get a hold of anyone to speak to and the website is down. Not a great experience for an item of clothing I was really looking forward to arriving....

My partner bought me a T Shirt on 2nd of June and I'm still waiting for it to arrive get same email back saying extremely busy and no contact number....when I ordered my top last year was delievered within 10 days....no one as contacted to explain what's going on or an apology will write back on here if top even arrives....

Update, I didn't receive my order after 2 months of waiting, emailed to ask for any information, but no reply. Just the same automated message saying I'd be contacted within 24 hours, which never happened, In the end had to request a refund via PayPal, really wanted the t-shirt so very disappointed

Have ordered from them previously and was happy with purchases. However, this time it is a complete shambles. Order placed 26/08, today 14/09. Can no longer communicate with them. They are ignoring emails and request for refund. I’ve given up and contacted my bank for the refund. Avoid avoid avoid

Terrible delivery time ! Terrible customer service if you get any ! Requested a refund nothing ! Just get told sorry I know it’s annoying when your order is delayed ! Won’t be purchase again and it’s a shame as nice quality previous buys ! Update , emails now been returned as not delivered ! Wish I could report this to the appropriate people !
