Communication was great! Item came exactly as the image shows perfect birthday gift !!

I have never felt the need to review a company but don sucre are probably the most incompetent bunch I've ever had to deal with. Bought a tee-shirt over 2 months ago and it was the wrong colour so I returned it (at my cost) they then sent a replacement which was again the wrong colour. Having returned the item AGAIN and asked for a refund they have been ignoring my email for over a month. SORT IT OUT DON SUCRE!!!!

Emailed 6 times now and everytime the automated response is we have received your email and will reply within 24 hours well I sent my first email 9 days ago and not one reply, I returned the t shirt to them 8 days ago which they received and signed for and still haven’t sorted my refund, easily the worst company I have ever used and wouldn’t even think about using again they don’t even deserve a 1 star review, absolute joke of a company I started dealing with them 29th April and still ongoing!!!!

Sadly the delivery was delayed but the contact and updates were good.
Product is awesome too!

One star for communication - a number of emails they totally ignored, late delivery, and very vague emails that don’t tell you what’s actually happening, or when your items will be delivered.

Five stars for the product - when they did finally arrive, the jumper and t-shirts are lovely.

Would I order again? Probably not as I can’t be bothered with all the hassle when other companies are grateful for your custom and ship items to meet deadlines.

Products are great however delivery has been a bit of an issue at times, products arriving late or having to email and ask about delivery.

Ordered t-shirt and after a few day's I was informed that due to high demand delivery was to take a little longer, it was much appreciated to be kept up to date, not many companies do that.

Ordering process and quality of product excellent. Only letdown was the delivery was stated as 3-5 days which didn’t happen for a second order in a row for me.

Do not recommend.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery, by then it was too late as it was a present.

When the t shirt did arrive it stunk of glue, not the quality I expect from something over £30, could have got something down the market for the less that smelt better!

Charge you for returns AND don’t refund their postage charge.

So now I’m £6.64 out of pocket.

Always great quality clothing. Items arrive prompt. I recently ordered and there was a delay with dispatching items however customer service was excellent and I was frequently kept up to date on the status of my order. Once it was dispatched arrived within a couple days.

Quality top admired by many. 5 ⭐️

Great t.shrits and great communication with the company the only thing it took a little longer for the delivery but got a email from them to apologise for the delay . would use them again

The T-shirt was perfect 👍 although it was a little later than I expected I was informed by the company and they kept communicating though out

Returned an order with tracked service marked as delivered. Three weeks, three emails and attempts at contact on social media and they have not even given me a response, never mind a refund. Maybe this 1 star review will get me a reply and my money back.

I ordered on 29 April and still have not received the top. I requested a refund and it was not acknowledged, instead I keep getting told it will be dispatched soon - its been two weeks since my order now. Highly disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift.

I ordered on the 27th April, it has been 2 weeks, no sign of any order coming through.
I have been sent automated emails saying it has been delayed and will be shipped in 1-2 working days and have not received anything yet. I finally received my order on the 14th May 24, after a number of emails and have now changed my 1 star to a 3 star, attire is sleek! Service and delivery needs a huge revamp!

T Shirt material is of a poor quality. I was expecting better quality considering the price
