Business going out of business.

It seems I’m not the only one with issues, which I have tried to sort out with them without success. To start I already have three of their products and love them. Ordered two early Feb from there new range, £95. Never received them and communication was some of the worst I’ve experienced. Ended up asking them to cancel the order, which they did without reply but despite many requests for my money to be returned they still have it. I have received the generic email saying sorry to us all but nothing else. My
Next stage will be the small claims court. All I can think is they are going bust, which is a shame. Customers should not be treated like this!

Poor quality

Just received my T-shirt after two weeks waiting , but was saying 3-5 days . 35 quid for t shirt which is absolutely low quality. Primark doing better plain t shirt , honestly . Absolutely disappointed.

Having previously given this company a very poor review, they have now resolved the issue so I feel it is only fair for me to delete that review and try to redress the balance. Originally I ordered a t-shirt which simply never got delivered, and the communication from their Customer Service was less than great. However, after about 4 weeks they did apologise, refunded my money, and then sent me the t-shirt completely free of charge. To be fair they could not have done more to put things right, and I am happy with the t-shirt which is of good quality.

I ordered on 30th March gifts for my…

UPDATE: I have now received email reply and been reassured order will be on its way and have been provided a certain % of refund. I am grateful for this and loved seeing the smile on my son's face when I informed him they will be coming. Thank you.

I ordered on 30th March gifts for my son's 14th birthday on 8th April. Given delivery is stated 3-5 working days one would expect delivery to be here at the latest yesterday taken into account a bank holiday in-between days, however we are still awaiting said gifts (9th) and response from "a member of the team within 24 hours" which is stated in their generic automated email reply to my numerous emails.
Not receiving items or a proper response dampened my son's birthday yesterday as it meant he had no gifts to open from myself and partner nor was I able to reassure him they were on their way.
My partner and his sons have made many orders which they have received without issue thus I did not expect the issues we are currently having and at the least would have expected communication regarding a delay.
DON SUCRE I hope you can rectify this issue ASAP

Just received my t-shirt after waiting…

Just received my t-shirt after waiting about 6 weeks. Really poor communication throughout, and I believe this is a common issue. The t-shirt is fine and I would of probably ordered again had it not been for the long wait to receive the item and poor communication.

Item ordered 21st February we are now the 3rd April… and nothing… no item no refund.. this company needs to be reported to trading standards. Don Sucre is a scam company simple as that.. no product and steel your money…

scam. Avoid.

**Update. I finally received my order after 2 months.maybe not a scam as I thought but I still would avoid as this is no way to run a business.

I ordered on 14th Feb and still haven’t received my order. Despite multiple emails and the replies being apologetic they still haven’t dispatched the items. Absolute scam avoid at all costs.

My son ordered a t-shirt on 8th of March with delivery meant to be a max of 5 days. Now 25th March no t-shirt and no response to numerous emails sent from myself. No surprise I cant find a contact number to actually speak to someone in person. If you can't supply his t-shirt just give him his money back!! Shambles

Made amends for a rocky start

I initially rated this company as poor due to lack of communication and failure to deliver. They have since not faulted, delivering my item and offering a full explanation as to the issues this company were facing. The quality of clothing is good and I will be buying more.

After many emails sent to them…

After many emails sent to them regarding my order which I placed nearly 4 weeks ago now they are still ignoring my inquiry’s and refusing a refund. At this point I’ve got no choice but to go through my bank as clearly this is a scam! Please don’t order from here the customer service skills are non existent and would get more communication and professionalism from a bunch of children.

NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

Placed order on 25th February 2024 and payment made and confirmed by bank 26th February. To date I have made 3 enquiries. 1st response was order would be delivered within 3-5 days. No response to the other 2 enquiries and no order has been received. Going to report to my bank as order not fulfilled therefore payment has been wrongly. I am now editing my review as my order arrived the next day with an apology and discount code for my inconvenience. I

UPDATE
My issue has now been resolved and I have received a full refund, poor communication to begin with but I feel they have learned from their mistakes.

Placed an order on 24th February for 2 t shirts. Still have not received my items or a dispatched email. I have emailed the company and have been told they will look into this but are now ignoring my emails and I am no further forward to getting a refund or my items. Actually such a shame as I was really excited to receive my items and read positive reviews first before ordering! But I can now see a lot of people are having the same issue as me.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Ordered one of their hoodies on the 3/3/24, deliver was supposed to be 3-5 days. Still waiting. Contacted via email and was told they would investigate. Have had no reply since and numerous emails sent, to chase up. Company is most likely a scam.

Like many below I have ordered a tshirt…

My tshirt arrived after nearly 6 weeks.I increased by 1 star as the service was shocking. I still eont be using this site again even though I like the brand. Like many below I have ordered a tshirt from this company and nothing has arrived. I have had 2 emails from them, 1st one read sorry for delay and order will be dispatched. Nothing arrived, i emailed again and a reply saying my order has been escalated from the elusive James. surprise surprise still nothing. I am waiting on a refund before legal action is my next step.

Very poor customer service

Ordered a tshirt on 24 th February. No sign of it. Emailed to ask where it was after 2weeks. Advised still to be dispatched. Waited another week, no T-shirt. Requested a refund last Tuesday, was advised would get refund in 1 to 3 days and I’m still waiting for it! Very poor customer service indeed.

I wanted to swap for a different size but was out of stock for weeks so I returned for a refund
The returns process is very slow and emails are also slow
