Ordered 2 tee shirts on the 26th…

Ordered 2 tee shirts on the 26th February wanted them for my holiday going on 12th march, nothing has arrived email sent replied will email when dispatched. Have sent another email to cancel and refund back on my Visa card no response from that so will be taking it up with the bank. Totally shocking service wish I had read reviews beforehand, can’t review products as never received!!!!
Was a new customer but not now

I previously wrote a bad review but I was contacted straight away and my problem was dealt with quickly, I’ve now received my order and my husband loves it 10/10

No-show gift and no response to emails

Finally received an email and a refund from this company over a month after the original purchase. They also asked me to remove my 1 star rating which I won’t do as it’s a true reflection of what has happened. If ann item is genuinely out of stock then don’t offer it for sale! Interesting to see Don Sucre challenge ALL of their 1 and 2 star reviews with Trust Pilot as “harmful or illegal” as a matter of course. What a terrible business model.

Ordered a birthday gift which has never arrived. Emailed and received a bot-type answer which told me nothing I didn’t already know. Emailed again and had no response at all. The quoted timescale for UK delivery of 3-5 days is a lie. Awful customer service. Eventually I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund and got the same response that the order would be dispatched asap. Will be getting a refund from the bank but it pains me to think how much they are profiting from this scam.

Don't order from these jokers paid for…

Don't order from these jokers paid for delivery and its been over a week and my items still haven't arrived and when I email I just get a automated response and after reading reviews looks like my items won't be coming scam artists

I have now canceled my order on the 03/03/2024 and still no refund after 10 days do not order from these guys it's either a scam or they are useless

Please avoid!!!

Order placed on the 13th Feb and not received, no acknowledgement of order and item has not been posted. When contacting customer service they replied at first but are now ignoring me since I asked for an update and now to cancel my order. Awful company, please do not use!

Don Sucre frenchie jumper

Delivery was a long time I ordered on the 9th feb it came today the 22nd feb the jumper fits perfect I ordered my normal size a medium. It’s gorgeous and really good quality well worth the wait. Every email was answered straight away and special mention to James who was excellent. Only 4 stars I took one off for delivery it’s just such a long time if they sorted that it would be a 5 all the way

Great product - slow delivery

Item purchased is absolutely fine and well received by recipient.
Unfortunately delivery was very slow about a week later than expected/needed... my advice allow 10-14 days for delivery if you need items for a particular date.

Opinion has changed!!

I recently gave bad customer service on this company due to not being given my refund after 3 weeks. I just want to say, I have removed this feedback as James got in touch with me within 24hours of the post and I have now received my refund. Very happy outcome.
Well done James.
P.S. not a negative comment but the quality of the t-shirts are very good just order up a bigger size!

Stay away from this company

UPDATE

Grace has submitted the below response which I have now provided all details (as previously 4 times) to their admin support. I fully expect a refund for order DS26035UK. I have notified Amex and have proof they received the goods back from the post office and their online platform. I will continue to leave reviews until a full refund is received. PLEASE LOOK AT SCREEN SHOT IN ATTACHMENTS OF PROOF THESE GUYS HOLD BACK REFUNDS

Stay away from this company. 3 months later and still no refund despite confirming receipt of returned goods. Be interesting when Amex investigate this and dive further! Which is great to protect our money! Bringing support of small brands down. DISGRACE
