i ordered a dress that the website said…
i ordered a dress that the website said was in stock. Three days later i got an email saying we’ve received your return you will get a refund in 5-10 days. I called them to say that it might have been better to send me an email apologising for not having the item in stock and i would expect an immediate refund. Although polite the lady I spoke to said she would look into it and call me back. She never did but i did get an immediate refund. Probably wont buy from them again!

I'm very surprised to read your review. I checked the order and this comment was written against it...."Called on 10/3 to advise and apologise for not being able to fulfil the order as the dress was damaged. Left a voice message - Caroline". Please check your messages on your mobile on 10/3. Occasionally items do get damaged on the shop floor so we inspect them before they are sent to customers. We didn't want you to be disappointed with your purchase so called you to advise.
Very helpful.
Quick delivery and very helpful over sizing questions. Good selection of products and prices.

Online ordering was so easy and arrival was so quick. I was able to collect from the Lindfield shop.
Upon arrival the shop looked so welcoming and had such beautiful items that i bought a couple more pieces and will definitely go back again.

I bought jeans on line which arrived very quickly. They had to be returned as they were too big and the assistant I spoke to in Horsham couldn’t have been more helpful. The new jeans arrived almost the next day. Thank you.
