Real easy website etc and nice guy on the phone I spoke to when I made an error when inputting info on the order (wrong postcode). But, the goods I ordered did come incredibly damaged (unrepairable).

I have since contacted (the same guy) and he was very friendly on the phone and told me what to do but I haven't had any reply for a whole day. I don't think that is too acceptable.

Good Service overall but it is a shame about the damage and late reply (if i get one that it)

The tall boy chest of drawers turned up as advised by the couriers they were great by keeping me in touch with the delivery and were really helpful carrying the item upstairs. On opening the box, the item was wrapped very securely and considering it's made of mirror I was worried it may be damaged - but no, it was pristine and looks amazing in the bedroom.

I bought this lamp online at a really reasonable price others were about a third more expensive service and delivery was really excellent and the lamp is all I thought it would be.I would definetly use this company again and highly recommend it .

Purchased a gorgeous floor lamp which I'd seen elsewhere. The price was amazing at nearly half the amount I'd seen it on another site. Arrived quickly so extremely happy.

So happy with my purchase! Although there were some hiccups along the way i can honestly say Dooleys (John) did everything possible to resolve these issues. So with this in mind I would definitely recommend and use Dooleys again.

I saw these online while searching for a new chest of drawers decided on the mirrored ones to give me a sophisticated and elegant change to my bedroom. I called to find out if they were in stock and how soom they could be delivered and was told one day next week which was a bonus for me as I wanted it in time for xmas. On delivery date I was called to say they were on their way. Item was delivered to my room and in the exact spot I wanted ot to be overall very impressed by this company n will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I wanted a traditional marble-topped bistro table. Not easy to find. Dooleys make one. It is exactly what it should be. It was a fair price. They dealt with the order promptly and efficiently; and kept me informed of the courier arrangements. Couldn't be better.

It's my first time ordering anything from Dooleys but I've been impressed and will use again. Ordering was easy, delivered quickly and followed instructions with no issues. Product was exactly what I hoped if ordered (matched images and description), really good quality and cannot argue with the quality. V happy customer!

Dooleys had a lamp we had seen at a good price.
On ordering they contacted me to let me know the delivery date. The day before dispatch they contacted me to say the light when pulling from the warehouse was damaged, would I mind waiting. I didnt mind as we like the lamp that much.
When the lamp was with them, they contacted me and upgraded my delivery to a AM delivery due to the delay of the lamp, which they didn't have to do, but was really appreciated.

Item of furniture arrived in good order and in a relatively short time.

will use again and will recommend

Delivery was ok, given the time of year, just after Black Friday. Would go to Dooleys again.
