Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Deduction and Lack of Support Response

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an issue I have encountered with DooPrime Exchange. I created an account using my Iranian passport with Client ID 337916. Unfortunately, when I attempted to transfer funds from my DooPrime wallet to my LBank wallet, the transaction remained in pending status for five weeks, and the transfer was not completed.
I emailed the support email listed on your website regarding this pending transaction issue. In response, I was advised to submit a support ticket, which I did. Later, I was referred to the Iranian support team on Telegram, who instructed me to cancel the transaction so that the funds would be returned to my DooPrime wallet.
However, once the funds were returned, they were withdrawn from my DooPrime wallet without my consent or prior notice. When I inquired about this unauthorized deduction, I did not receive a clear explanation. I submitted another ticket through the website, but I was once again referred to the Iranian Telegram support, who claimed that my funds had been transferred to my referrer’s account.
When I asked why my funds were taken without my permission, I received no valid justification. Since then, I have reached out to the Iranian support team multiple times, but they have only provided false promises and excuses while avoiding responsibility.
Therefore, I am filing this official complaint here and demanding the immediate return of my funds. Additionally, I want to make it clear that I will not communicate further with Iranian support, as they have demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and have only delayed resolving my issue.
My requests are straightforward and non-negotiable:
1. The immediate return of the deducted amount to my account.
2. Compensation for the inconvenience and mismanagement I have suffered.
I expect this issue to be handled by a higher authority, as if your company truly values its customers, you should personally investigate and resolve this matter instead of forcing me to go through ineffective and unreliable support channels.

When I reached out to support, they blamed my IB, which has nothing to do with me. This is completely unfair, and I demand my funds back.
