HOA went up and doorloop supposed to adjust the pay increase .but my auto pay took 25$ less and have to pay 20$ fine

Their customer service is absolute garbage. It wasn't like this when I first signed up. I've been dealing with an issue for the past few months and have gotten nowhere with the stupid chatbot. It takes hours to get an actual human, still only available via their chat option. As I write this, it's been 59 minutes of me "waiting for a teammate" on the chat window and I don't expect anyone to hop on anytime soon. The last time I needed someone, I waited forever before someone finally hopped onto the chat and did the absolute minimum effort to understand what my issue was and how to resolve it. I can't say this with any more emphasis, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. The sales team is great at what they do and they certainly got me suckered into this. I am in the process right now of moving my portfolio to another property management system, because although this platform seems great, the actual service provided to me as a customer is just not cutting it.

This software is a game changer, as a smaller property management company it has everything I need to run a successful business. The platform is very user friendly, my tenants like it and pay all bills through the portal. The customer service is top notch, responsive and efficient. You can even google answers to your questions and get a full breakdown. End of year processing is so easy.

Door loop has made my property management very very easy!! I had another program which was total frustration but really hesitiated to change, but I finally had enough and went to door loop. The best part is door loop has some amazing tools and the help center is my friend, it has easy to read step by step instructions that works so effortlessly. I have been a very satisfied customer!!!

I appreciate the quick response when we had a technical issue with Doorloop. With our prior property management platform it could take up to a week to get a response for technical issues. It is refreshing to not have to stop and wait but to have a team that is responsive and eager to help. We are new to Doorloop and every experience we have whether it's been technical assistance, implementation questions or just looking for assistance to load starting balances the customer service has been a game changer!

We were looking for property management software to help consolidate rent payment, bookkeeping, and maintenance requests under one umbrella. After researching a few different options we agreed that DoorLoop fit the bill perfectly.

The onboarding process and trainers made it quite simple to get started and the deep knowledge base of AI help desk chatbots and actual humans made growing into the software and learning its intricacies a breeze.
