A profoundly positive experience, whereby the team, incl, front end sales right through to the installers were exceptionally professional, diligent, safety conscious and respectful. Reads as 'atypical expected pre-requisites right', absolutely it should, alas we have all endured maverick like flippant contractors who presume to conduct their body of work in a fashion that is obnoxiously egregious. Step forward 'Doors4secuity'.
They have certainly left an indelible impression on all Swanline Stakeholders, oh and i nearly forgot, the finish of their work was of the highest performance.

This is a company that many others could learn from, we ordered a door that was damaged In transit.
From the initial phonecall to the issue being resolved, we received a 1st class service, no making excuses, it was dealt with, I came off the phone feeling satisfied with the conclusion, rather than normally wanting to pull my hair out.
Great product, great price, exceptional service, we will 100% be using them again.

Friendly and helpful staff when we went to pick up the door, and the door was easy to fit and very well made, would 100% recommend

The doors are fine,the hiding of the lock in the head of the door with no mention of this in the instruction video is daft. The door is supplied upright so keeping it upright is easiet, the guy I called knew straight away and pointed me to the small print in the order confirmation saying loads of people do it. I accept small print is there to be read but seems a daft one. Door fitted,new lock purchased as easier than taking door out,then you need escusion plates and the scree supplied with standard euro locks is too short. I would say pay for fitting is easier but having encountered their fitter I'd give that a swerve too, 2 no shows and arrogant as.

Your selling a great product but the details let you down

I needed a security door in a hurry to fit in with my builders schedule The Doors4security Ltd team were excellent, the sales guy even questioning my dimensions - which highlighted what would have been an expensive mistake by me. The door was supplied with extra locks but owing to my timescale I had to fit them, again this would not have happened without some excellent support. Some good old-fashioned customer focussed service support. I highly recommend them.

I've been using Doors of Security for a few years now and is our companies preferred door supplier. Always excellent service and comunication from the Doors for Security team, good prices compared to other door manufacturers and can offer bespoke solutions if required also.

I purchased and fitted a personnel door from Doors4security. The quality of materials and manufacture are excellent, and fitting was quick and easy. It's a lot of door for the price! Andy at customer support was really helpful. I couldn't ask more. First class company and product. Very much appreciated.

Despite the first door that was delivered to us was damaged, the replacement was quickly delivered and fitted. After sales service/customer care cannot be faulted, nor the product.

Purchased the basic security door from D4S, seemed to be the best price around and came in a powder coat grey as standard, mine had a very slight dent on the panel which was sorted by Andy, happy customer, can't complain, buy with confidence.

Really can't fault the product at all. It's exactly as I ordered.
The customer service is even better. I needed this quote quickly and they managed to complete it and have it ready for collection the same day I called. Will most definitely use them again.

In recent years I have used Doors4security Ltd to replace old security doors on our hilltop radio mast sites (on the associated equipment rooms).
The products they supply are second to none and products always arrive to schedule.

In the early days we used one of our part time staff to install the doors but it was easy to see installation compromises due to lack of familiarity.

I now leave the whole job to the installer from Doors4 Security Ltd and it is easy to see this has the advantage of product familiarity as when using this approach the finished installation is 'perfection' compared to our own general contractor.

I wish more organizations were as good as this one!
